I am more in to outdoor fitness but with the weather getting colder it can be a bit tricky to go out fitness. I already have a treadmill so I decided to add a weight bench so my other half can also use it.Package Content:There is a lot to cover so I have added a picture what is included in the package.The product is well packaged and a bit heavy when received. The bench looks really great. The  weight bench  foam is nice and medium firm – not too soft nor to hard. The fittings are well marked for easy identification of what parts goes where. Assembly took me approximately 35-40 minutes. You won’t need any additional tools to get this assembled as the only bits required are the spanners which are provided already. It is easy to adjust and set according to the exercise you are doing, getting the position for the abs was a bit tricky as I have never used this kind of equipment before for abs. Once I got hang of it it was very simple. The 2 elastic bands that are provided can be used for biceps, triceps and probably some more. NOTE: These kind of bands can sometimes snap but can be replaced very easily, any compatible exercise bands would do.Overall the  exercise weight bench  is easy to stowaway under the bed, simply flatten it and just push it or you can keep inside the airing cupboard if you have space or simply leave it as is if you are one of the lucky ones to have a gym space in your home. I’m shocked at the 5 star reviews for this. First off let’s start with the good -It’s fairly cheap and isn’t that hard to put together.And now the bad .... it’s absolutely a nightmare to change positions of the bench. The locking pins are wedged in so tight leaving it one position is your best option. The bolts are really flimsy and made putting it together so much more difficult.I ll be honest it’s not a good product and wish I spent more money on a quality , adjustable bench as this just isn’t one . Avoid it and spend that extra cash as this will probably be gone within 6 months when I get something else

I’m going away with the lads in June and thought to myself, I can’t go on that beach looking like this, so I looked and found this bench. I didn’t want a bench that was really built for massive weights. The advantage to this bench is, it has resistance bands, which is perfect. I have now had this for about a week and it was so simple to put together. I will make one point, make sure that you keep the nuts and bolts in the cardboard cover until you need that actual part, my mistake was taking them all out and trying to work out which bolt was the one I needed. Once I had it together, you could see the various positions that could be set in. The bench comes with an instruction sheet for certain exercises that you can do, I have been using this to start off with and it seems fairly comfortable to do. The barbell I have had for years has now come into its own. Using this alongside the exercises on the chart has been very easy to do. The padding is so comfortable and you can go from one exercise to the next very effortlessly. I think I am going to buy some additional weights to accompany this machine. Beach body in a couple of months I think, well hopefully.

I think I am very correct choice to buy this multiuse exercise workout bench, because my husband usually has to go to work, he only has time to go to the gym on weekends, there is no way to insist on practicing his abdominal muscles, this half month down, he use this workout bench every night, I find that his muscles are more strong. This multiuse exercise workout bench is really good, installed for half an hour, the installation instructions are very clear, and it is very comfortable to use, finish the exercise can be put away, it without taking up space. That is perfect.
