This is better than the blue packet in terms of fragrance also fragrance lasts longer.Note: This is not going to work on anti bacterial or kill them for that you would need different product

Smell not retaining on cloth
On using in top loader washing machine, the smell of comfort is not retained on the cloth even if two cups are used in each wash. They need to improve the ability of liquid to retain the smell on the cloth after drying. The advertisements are not real
