Essential for balanced nutrition. I have taken these for years. Only drawback is that they fall apart when exposed to air In my med boxes, so I have to pour them daily from the bottle.

Everyone needs trace minerals besides calcium alone. I don't have anything bad to say about Trace Minerals brand. I got a DEXA last week and told not bad for my age group. Keep up with my calcium and vitamin D (I don't take everyday). I've been using since my Seattle days buying at Rainbow on 15th.

My Holistic Practitioner sent me to the health food store to get trace mineral tablets. They sold me these exact tablets for a much higher price. I immediately went on Amazon and found this product at a much better price. The Holistic Practitioner told me that I should supplement my diet with trace minerals, because my body needs them to be healthy and for my muscles to work optimally.Pros: These tablets came highly recommended by the health food store and my Holistic Practitioner. They told me they were the best, unless I went with the liquid version. They told me the liquid version was put into water and that the taste was not good. I take three at bedtime. I've been taking them for about a month. I don't eat enough vegetables. So these supplement the trace minerals that I need.Cons: The pills are probably the largest pills I've ever taken, but I don't have a problem washing them down with water.

ok the hard pill is fine but you will need to pack it in rice and cotton inn order for them not to turn into mush i wouldnt buy the tablets again stick to the liquid gel caps

These tablets were great when I got them but before I could finish the bottle they started breaking down into a powdered form. They don't taste very good as a powder!

These are great minerals. I was recommended to use these mineral by Dr. Robert Thompson(author of the Calcium Lie 2). I did a hair analysis test under his supervision and found out that I was highly deficient in minerals, the major minerals and trace minerals. This is one of the supplements that is helping me restore my mineral balance. However, I would highly recommend a hair analysis to get an accurate reading on your current mineral deficiencies because these tablets have more calcium than the Electrolyte Stamina product( which has more potassium) from trace mineral. Getting a hair analysis is the only way you will ever find out which particular minerals you are deficient in.
