They work really well and yes no brake dust. They don't work as well as OEM, but I would rather have less brake dust over performance. They fit perfectly and no noise. I recommend the brake pads.

These brakes did exceed my expectations! I love the hybrid tech with the smoothness and low dust of ceramic and the bite of semi-metallic. It's a little early to see how long they'll last, but the build quality is superb. From what I see, they will last a long time. I only gave a 4 star because there is some noise that's inherent with semi-metallic brakes. This is not user error, as I installed these correctly. I cleaned the calipers, used high temp silicone grease on the slide pins, and the backing plates. The included shims were good quality, but a little hard to fit the pads in. Had to bend them a little. Maybe was crushed a little during shipping? All in all, a quality pad at an awesome price.

These are by far the WORST brake pads I have ever had the misfortune of purchasing. Not only did I waste my hard-earned money on these terrible pads, but I also ended up paying a lot more in labor costs because of how awful they are.To start, the brake pads were supposed to be premium quality, but from the very first day after installation, they squeaked like a rusty old bicycle. I thought, okay, maybe they just need a break-in period. Wrong! The squeaking never stopped. In fact, it got worse every time I hit the brakes, making my sleek BMW X3 sound like a broken-down clunker. It was downright embarrassing to drive with that constant screeching noise.The installation cost me $150, which I was fine with, expecting these pads to last. But instead of lasting, the noise was so unbearable that I had no choice but to go back to my mechanic. That’s where I found out these pads were not just noisy but also wearing unevenly! My mechanic was shocked at how poorly they were performing. It cost me another $250 just to remove these nightmare brake pads and replace them with a new set from a different brand.That’s $400 down the drain – all because of these cheap, poorly made pads. I could have saved myself the trouble and frustration by simply avoiding Raybestos altogether. Now I have a proper set of brake pads on my car from a reputable brand, and guess what? No noise, no uneven wear, and my car finally feels safe to drive again.To anyone reading this review – stay far away from the Raybestos Element3 EHT™ brake pads. Do yourself a favor and buy literally ANY other brand. The stress, embarrassment, and extra costs are simply not worth it. These pads will ruin your driving experience and bleed your wallet dry with extra repair costs. Worst purchase I’ve made in a long time! Absolutely terrible.

There brakes, they either work or they don't, and you know how to install them or you don't. They work and stop the car.

Worked on my 2014 Lexus Is 250. I am not crazy about Resbestos. Picked this up since it was all I could find that didn’t break the bank. I have to admit, I was fairly impressed with fit, finish, and craftsmanship in general. Every part, fit like it was made at the Lexus factory.
