Andrew and Ahmed went beyond what we expected as they delivered and assembled the craft table. They were polite, pleasant and careful as they did the assembly, asking for input when there was options and worked together to assemble all the many parts that were necessary and in an expedient manner. The craft table is everything we hoped it would be and very functional.

This crafting table is amazing! It’s sturdy and has plenty of storage space. I was able to put it together myself in about 3-4hrs. Directions were easy to follow

The craft table came on time and packaging was superb, especially for corner damage. Unfortunately, that doesn’t mean that the handling is not rough. Everything looked perfect as I separated the pieces, I didn’t notice the damage to the top until I was ready to install it. One corner is wrinkled. I put it on anyway and may need to put some glue under the veneer at some point so it won’t peel back any further. It is small.There was no hardware to put the drawer together, a call to the number supplied and there was swift action, came in 2 days. All in all I like this a lot. It has lots of storage and is the perfect height for me to stand or sit on a stool, I am 6’ tall. I put it together by myself, it was easy to do when following the directions closely. I applied 8 small felt pads under each module, 4 and 4. This makes it easier to move on my hardwood floor. Looks great in my sudio!

I didn't have any directions so I went to the web site to print them off. Couldn't get them to print. Finally, I got the directions and started putting it together. Came to put the bottom on one piece and not all the holes matched up with the pegs. Then I was putting the drawer together and they sent two sides the same and a hole on each of them was on the wrong side according to the directions. It really is too bad because this is a pretty sturdy table and I would have liked to order more but after this, I don't think so. In fact I told them I wanted my money back and they told me I would have to contact Amazon since I ordered it from them. Oh, I am waiting for the two parts to get delivered so I can finish putting it together and hopefully have no more problems.

Purchased this product for a crafting station in my office. It came in 2 packages. Not at the same time. Would recommend you first put like pieces in small piles as there are a lot. It will take several hours to assemble but the instructions are good. Just not something you can do in a hurry. Also handy to have a patient husband. The top piece was a bit damaged which seems to happen often. Didn't show after assembled so not an issue for us. BUT.... the storage is amazing! I have nearly all of my craft supplies, (and there are a lot!) in this piece. Got 2 saddle stools that fit perfectly on either side and never want to come out of my craft room again!

Ok, this desk is a crafters dream! Several compartments to organize all of your craft tools and products. I am more than please with its size, functionality and sturdiness. However, it came damaged! I was sent a damaged product. The box was really beat up to the point of ripped so I don’t know if it happened in shipping or pre shipping. It has several knicks on the desk and I’m so hurt because I really love it. I didn’t want to send this thing back because it would’ve been a huge hassle! So I want people to know but I’m also gong to try and fix the damage. It would be even nicer to receive a replacement part or some sort of refund.

We love this craft table. It is heavy and a little time consuming to put together, but not difficult at all - I did it myself. Everything fit together well. Make sure you build the table where it will be - it is very sturdy and heavy (which is what I wanted in a table I will share with my kids and grandkids for craft-making.) There is ample storage space for lots of our crafting supplies.Only problem I had was that the table top was delivered damaged. I called the company as soon as I inspected the rest of the pieces, to make sure I had everything and no other pieces were damaged. The customer service representative for South Shore was fantastic and friendly! She re-ordered the damaged piece for me and sent it rush shipping. I received it a few days later in perfect condition.

I really like this craft table! I was able to put it together myself, with the help of my husband only 1 or 2 times. Instructions are amazing!I highly recommend inspecting (and count)ing) each piece for damage before you begin. Also make sure you count every single nut bolt and screw, etc.I had approximately 5-6 pieces that came damaged, including the large table top. These damaged parts were not damaged during shipping as they were in the middle of the surface.When you go online to their customer service, there’s a form to fill out for replacement parts. They ask you what lot number (or whatever) your item is, so they can send you the correct part. When I received the replacement parts were white on the surface to match, but the undersurface was a whole different color wood and finish than the original pieces that I was working with. So, the sizing was off, AND these parts were sent damaged as well (also clearly not damaged in shipping). The table too replacement has a damaged corner that wasn't glued correctly and looked like someone tried to wipe off any excess glue with something green, as it looks like a grass stain!Replacement parts only took a week to get here, but I had to choose the best pieces and put together whatever I could and just make things fit together.Having said all that, a decent purchase, but not quite with the money considering the flaws. it's a great little table once all is said and done, if you can forgive the flaws (or fix them yourself). Lots of storage space, and a large, top workspace. Customer service is amazing if you need them, but quality control is definitely lacking.
