Within 24 hours of using it I noticed a major decrease in appetite which I can only assume will eventually lead to weight loss. So I can’t comment yet on the weight loss side of things but as far as suppressing appetite, this stuff worked like a charm.

The brand speaks for itself. I been a user of lean mode and decided to try this one with the added probiotic and I love it. I can tell the difference that It has on my body by just taking the morning dose. I feel it has curved a lot of my unnecessary cravings and has help me reach trimming some of my belly fat. I have used leanmode for most of my cutting seasons consistently in the past 2-3 years or so. It’s effective in controlling my appetite, it has L Carnitine and CLA to support my fat burning along with my calorie deficit, lifting weights and cardio. I like that they add probiotics; I tend to cut out certain foods that supply this so I appreciate it. My cutting down on weight goes much smoother with this stuff, and I can still drink my beloved coffee!

I've been using this product for several months. It definitely helps combined with proper diet and exercise routine. Cardio and being in a calorie deficit it definitely helps to trigger weight loss and helps with appetite suppression. I will continue to use this product
