Strong, well-made and matching the grips I already have. Good choice.

Comfortable Handles and Easy to Use
I ordered this set of extra handles so that I could have one set of resistance tubes attached to the original set of handles that came with the Fit Life resistance band system and a second set of tubes with different resistance attached to this set. It saves time because I now have two sets already hooked up and ready to go. The handles are comfortably padded and therefore easy to use. I would highly recommend the Fit Life resistance band system and getting a second set of handles, if they are available. I have not rated the product on durability since I recently received them.

They're working okay
They're holding up better than I expected. I had to replace the clips with carabiners, because they're too small for use with three resistance bands each. My biggest concern was whether they'd hold up, and they are, even though some others I got hadn't held up. I wish they had more padding, but most people probably don't use them with as much resistance.The hook and loop actually wore on another brand I had and they haven't on these—but I haven't used them as long. I wish they were designed so that the hook and loop wrapped around a buckle so they were easy to tighten down instead of being loose on the ankle, but I haven't seen any with that feature either.The bottom line is I'd buy them again, especially if they wear out after a couple years and they're still available.
