After doing counted cross stitch embroidery for nearly 50 years, this girl has met her match! Put it away to work on other projects. The quality was not that great. And numerous times the pattern was just wrong! Will get it out again when I have nothing else to work on and I get "itchy fingers" to do some crafting. When I feel like I want a challenge!

I got the stamped version. I will be honest, I was nervous the markings weren’t going to wash out, but I was pleasantly surprised that they did! I had a few small issues with this piece though. First, the thread color bled a bit onto the fabric, so I have a sad tan stain around my kitty. Second, there were no directions on how to backstitch, which I thought was interesting for a beginner’s piece. Perhaps this piece didn’t require back stitching, but I personally think it looks nice when added. Other than that, I found this to be a great starting piece and it’s super cute!

Just finished this project and pleased with how cute it is! My 6 y.o. granddaughter will love it. However, I've been doing cross stitch projects for 50 years, and this one had two problems you should know about. First, I had to order more thread, as there wasn't enough for 3 different colors. Second(which may have contributed to the first), the quality of the thread wasn't good. It knotted and/or bunched up, which made for a frustrating experience.

I started this kit yesterday. I like the kit, but out of three colors of thread, I ran out of two of them. It gets irritating when I have to go buy more thread to finish a product. All the other kits have been the same way. Not enough thread.
