PapoHand-Painted - Figurine -Wild Animal Kingdom - Stag -53008 -Collectible - for Children - Suitable for Boys and Girls- from 3 Years Old

I've had this stag for about a year now and couldn't be happier. He has been very finely crafted, like most Papo products, and this shows through the detailed musculature and the beautiful, varying hues of paint used. Although the antlers are somewhat flimsy and plastic, as opposed to being made of the same durable material as the rest of his body, they don't ruin the overall grace the stag emulates as he stands tall (and he is quite tall!). He's now one of the esteemed "favorites" in my collection. He's great to sit on a desk and add a noble, serene atmosphere as he watches you out of the corner of his little black beady eyes.

I used it as a drawing reference, elegant pose. Looks realistic, good paint job.

Received my Papo Stag Figure yesterday. It was everything I'd hoped for except that the left antler had been pressed all the way down to the figure's back. Discovering how pliable it was, I've been trying to raise the antler to its intended location with great difficulty. It keeps falling back. I'm presently using a rubber band in an attempt to stabilize it. Hopefully it will work. Only time will tell. Very disappointed!
