Great book, love the short chapters.

Brilliant advice for handling the stresses and strains of life. Simply put , accessible and practical thoughts on how to improve your inner you and your relationships with those around you. Try reading a section a week on a Monday morning and keep it in mind and smile.

Just love re-reading them. Bought 6 sets for my family and friends. Hopefully they’ll be able to derive similar inspiration or at least pass it on to others.

These books are an excellent read and you are able to change your way of thinking once read. They are easy to understand and makes one really think about negative thoughts. Excellent throughout chapters
