Batteries may not be new
OK so this device works...and when it works it actually works well.So I use this air sensor because the spare room is where the thermostat sensor /controller is and the radiator is off in that room with the door closed so when i put the thermostate on the regular 21c is stays on because the room with the thermostat stays at a freezing 17c.So this thing is where this thing finds its value.Comes in a small box with simple instructions on how to pair.Once paired it sticks pretty easy, the tip here is try not to stick it to thin wall paint because if you decide to take it off, it pulls off the paint.I wish this thing warns you when the batteries are going low orrr some sort of warning when the sensors loses connectiong because I got nothing but and would never know that the sensor wasnt connected if I didn't look in the app.I also don't thing my batteries were new so for all the above it has to be a 3 star rating. But it does work...Mmmm-its a yes from me but only just!

Poor performance product
This took many attempts to pair worked for 5 minutes then went offline.Changed battery paired again same problem. Looking at reviews Heatmiser needs to improve the product performance is poor

Low quality
A thoroughly low quality made in the uk product. Works when it wants to, no indication of when connectivity is lost and is slow to update data points. Same applies to all other heatmiser products.

When it works it works well but...
When it's paired it works well, but it's a nightmare to pair up, it recently lost connection and now it doesn't seem to want to pair back up!! It's now just a lump of plastic, more thought and design on pairing and battery low warning would make this a game changer.

Excellent addition to any Heatmiser system
Great idea and great product. Very small and discrete and easily added to the Heatmiser app. The sensor can be used as an additional sensor on a zone so the system will take the average of the thermostat and the sensor to give you the temperature in the app, or you can just use the temperature from this sensor to control the thermostat. (The internal air sensor in tech thermostat is then disabled).

Small, unnoticable, make your thermostat be hiden out of view.
Small, unnoticable, make your thermostat be hiden out of view.Easy to program into existing heatmiser thermostat using the app and hub must be used.
