Ordered this as needed something next day pretty close to Christmas, so didn’t hold out much hope. However it’s amazing. Way less messy than normal hair dyes as it’s already mixed into a shampoo and all you do is open the packet and apply. The consistency is thick so it doesn’t drip and it covers grey really well. Matches my normal hair colour too so for me an excellent no fuss product that does what it says on the tin. Well.

I got burned behind my ears and a week later its just about healing up. Other than that the product works very well and in timescale it say on box 10mins. The process is not messy kinda smells nice and covers hair nicely. I think need to massage package be4 opening because some came out clear and red in places but still cover was ok. Was out was a good experience no need to repeat rince i rinced only two times with shampoo. For price very good deal.

I bought this for Halloween as it said lasts up to 4 weeks and I figured I could put up with darker hair for that long, especially as you'd imagine it would start fading pretty quickly if it only lasts 'up to 4 weeks'...Sadly, there is no way that this hair dye was ever going to wash out, as my hairdresser confirmed when I showed her the spare sachets. After some tests by my hairdresser it became apparent that the only thing that would get rid of it was incredibly strong bleach. I'm so frustrated as over the last few years i grew out all my permanently dyed hair and was committed to only using temp dyes for a bit of fun. My hair is utterly destroyed and I've had to have eight inches cut off. I can't use a hairdryer for at least a month or risk losing even more. My hair is literally ruined.I've spent about almost £184 trying to fixing this screw up by Amazon and they're trying to fob me off with some vouchers. Absolutely fuming....However, if you want REALLY permanent black hair. Go for it....

The product itself is OK. Some staining on skin if you not careful. I use vaseline along edges of hairline. After very use the bottle slowly leaks and causes massive mess in the washroom. I will be returning to use the sachets when I am done with this.

Since using this my scalp has been sore and really itchy plus lumps starting to show , its the only thing i have used outwith the same shampoo ive used for years , has anyone else had this issues ?

I bought this thinking it would be easier then dying my full head but was left with patches and had to use 5 packs just for the topI was expecting to just rub it in like a shampoo but didn’t rub that well coz u have to apply to dry hair , not to bad for people with short hair as a cover up wouldn’t buy again
