Q: I want to stain my interior concrete floors black but water it down for greyish effects without adverse colors (brown). Will diluting black make grey?

Black will just become more transparent as you dilute. White pigment is needed to make gray. Brown could show if there are brown tones to your existing concrete.

Concentrated would be noted on the bottle. We do not sell concentrates on Amazon, only special request so you have ready to use.

If it’s painted it will likely not cover over the paint. Dove will be a very light grey, may try a darker shade

Yes as long as they have not been sealed. It works quite well on pavers.
