Q: Does it display in Mg?

I am UK based, my Exactive meter gives me results in mmol/L. Although the Led display has mg/dl I cannot find a way to change between the two ranges. The user manual makes mention of the country it is sold in will determine the range.

Q: how do i check my keytone on this machine

So far as I can see (having just re-read the technical info) this meter does not measure KETONES......correct spelling. What bothers me is why you even ask this question because if your diabetes is severe enough for you to be at risk of developing diabetic ketoacidosis then you should have been automatically issued with an NHS supplied meter from your GP. Talk to your GP but also for your long term future wellbeing buy "The Diabetes Code" by Dr Jason Fung. Read it and learn from it.....it will prevent ALL the usual long term complications of diabetes which are regarded as "normal and unpreventable" by the main stream medical "experts???" and could possibly save your life. You will also have a vastly superior knowledge of diabetes than any nurse, GP and even so called specialists. Good luck!

Q: What does E-2 or E-3 and I have done it so many times

Hello. These are explained in the manual p25. E-2 = Contaminated strip / Sample applied too soon / self test error. E-3 = Insufficient sample. Hope this helps!
