With a help of an adapter, I am able to use this on my PC, PS4, and Nintendo Switch.Setting up the button mappings and profiles is a life saver when I switch between my consoles and adapt to what kind of games I’m playing. The trigger-stoppers gives a familiar feel to the switch’s pro controller.I used to have a Nacon Pro controller 2, ever since then, any other competitive controller with less than 4 rear buttons was not enough for me. Adapting to the Xbox Elite Series 2 was easy as they have the same ergonomic design. The way its designed really makes you feel Elite, slick yet simple. The grips give good feel on the hands.. considering how heavy it is. The battery life is great.I love the accessories it came with, especially the removable charging dock inside the travel pack. It’s a bit more pricy but overall, it’s worth the money.I can see why this is still considered one of the best pro controllers even after 5 years it's release.

Despite the box was still sealed, the Game Pass included was already used! I probably received a used item.When connected via BT, pressing the A button also makes the Game Bar pop up. This is a bug present since release and Microsoft has not fixed it yet, you just have to disable the Game Bar shortcut. Ironically, this feature works perfectly with a Sony Dualshock 4 controller connected via BT!BT connection also causes audio stuttering if you use it with a BT headset. I tried to resolve these issues for 3 days unsuccessfully, then I returned the item.As for the quality of the controller YES, it feels sturdy and the build quality and customization options are very good BUT it is also HEAVY, definitely too heavy and this impacts ergonomics. Apart from the BT issues, I felt relief when I returned to my faithful Dualshock 4, which, at 1/3 of the price, also has an accelerometer.Very disappointed by Microsoft and this seller!

Item in excellent condition. Wanting this for years and finally got a good product.

Delivery was on time. A premium original controller, the vibration is solid. Love it, should have bought two for multiplayer games.

Recommend it to anyone who have xbox, it os absolutely different and better experience than with a default controller. Even how it feels in hands, much much better, and functionality and personalisation options bring it as well to upper level gaming experience.
