I have been using these for the last 2 weeks including in the gym.1.You cannot use every insole I used only 2 which is like 3 inches because anything higher will remove your foot from the shoes.2. To use the maximum height you need shoes that are ankle length3. These are comfortable but not like your comfortable shoes (I got a blister on my foot because I used them for to long)WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS FOR ALL THE SHORT KINGS OUT THERE AS ADDING EVEN A FEW INCHES TO YOUR HEIGHT WILL BOOST YOUR CONFIDENCE AND MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF.

Although it does the job but it isn't as comfortable as I would hope for.

It is very nice and comfy and it really does magic you height few more inches that really makes difference.there very small problem though, it can make your ankles pain if used for long time in sneakers.

Material is soft and sole provides you good cushioning .
