This is an excellent book. It explains the subject in a clear and easily understandable manner. Even a lay man can understand the language. Presentation of the subject is done masterly. This is a must read book for every one. Plant based whole food is the best for reversal of serious diseases like heart, kidneys. Diabetes is easily curable within a few days by following the instructions given by the author. I recommend that this book must be read by each and every one.
