This thing is awesome. Great size, barely notice it in my pocket. The pliers are super smooth. I like the bit holder idea, but probably won't ever use it. The tools seen good quality, everything locks. The size, for me, is what sets it apart. A handy multi tool that's easily pocketable.

Zero criticism. Very well designed and made. Perfect size for EDC in your pocket or tucked in your waistband. I attached an Uncle Bill’s Silver Gripper to the lanyard ring. I carry this PowerPint all the time. It’s both useful and convenient.It feels great in the hand. The plier head and mechanism are very well made and work easily. The pocket clip is especially good.I LOVE my original Leatherman. Period. I’ve had it for over 25 years. I’d intended to Cary it daily but it’s just too big for pocket carry. Sure I’ve got the original leather belt pouch but that’s too much trouble and looks oddball. Additionally, I don’t like advertising what I’ve got because people want to borrow it - we know what that leads to. So, I only take it fishing, hiking, hunting, camping, etc. EDC? And I mean EVERY day carry. No.Is this SOG PowerPint better than my original Leatherman? Side by side with no other considerations, NO! My old Leatherman is way better. However, my old Leatherman has never done me any good sitting at home on a shelf when I needed it. I’m carrying the PowerPint.I’m completely satisfied and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

I bought this to serve as a smaller, lighter alternative to my old original Leatherman tools. I wanted something that I could clip to my pocket & not have to carry in a belt pouch. This fits the bill, with a couple of exceptions, some of which can be fixed.The tools are generally decent. For the price, and for the light use it will get, adequate. The can opener is probably something I will never use for its intended purpose, so it is sort of taking up space. The ability to use 1/4" driver bits is nice, but I'm not going to carry a bunch of bits with me, since compact & clip to the pocket is why I bought it. The lack of reasonable size flat screwdriver tools is rather bizarre. I reshaped the end of the bottle opener into a medium screwdriver, and the end of the file into a larger screwdriver, and increased the utility of the tool by 50%. No way to know if those mods will last, but they did make this into something that I will carry and use regularly.One other thing to note is the pocket clip is fairly strong, and actually holds the tool to the pocket, unlike some other brands.All in all, a decent tool for the price. It's not a Leatherman Wave, but it's also not $120 & half a pound.

Best edc multi tool! Has handled every job I've had to use it for on the farm, it's lightweight extremely compact & I can operate it with one hand! It's performed better than some larger multi tools that were a lot more money. This little tool is an excellent value & easy to use! I'm probably going to get another to put away in case I do eventually wear this little gem out!

I was worried at first about it fitting in fifth pocket, but it fits nicely in there. The clip is very strong so be careful with thin pants pockets. Tools are nice and sturdy. Screw drivers are obviously for smaller jobs, but small enough to be fused for things other than intended purpose.

Don't expect them to work/fit when you need them to.❌ Can opener seems legitimately dangerous to use.❌ Protractor? 😂The victorinox rambler covers everything this doesn't (scissors, tweezers, good philips head, good flat head) and I feel like the pliers, file, awl, and bit holder make this worth it. And honestly, the pliers are good enough that I might use them to remove splinters over tweezers anyway.

Have a bunch of Leatherman, even with the lightest Skeletool, I at times look for a smaller package for EDC, didn’t really want to combine a Knipex and SAK so decided to try the SOG PowerPint.The size of the unit is great, and the implements are fine, I like the action of the pliers a lot, as well as the built-in hex bit holder. But this tool has a lot of tool marks everywhere, the pliers, back of the individual tools. Once I reminded myself of the cost difference, I looked past those cosmetic issues. And after I fitted magnets to keep the PP closed, I thought most of the issues were gone. However, it could just be my sample; some of the implements are off in that I have to help guide them when retracting, particularly with the scissors. Speaking of the scissors, while I have no high expectations and certainly not comparing to the SAK, the PP’s scissors are simply terrible, it almost felt like the cutting surface is not ever so slightly finished, totally gritty.I wanted to like this so badly as the size and functionality are very close to what I am looking for, but I have to say no in the end as I simply don’t like having to guide the individual implements back to rest.
