Not Filtrete brand but pretty close.
I wanted to try these as the Filtrete ones were a bit pricey and would have taken a while to get (Amazon was out & only third party sellers ones were available at the time). They came in fairly plain packaging but that's fine IF they work as intended. I am relieved to say that they do. I didn't notice any real difference between these and the name brand ones aside from a slightly shorter lifespan, though I am pretty tough on them (I run the machines 24/7 in dusty conditions). If you want to save a few dollars but want something that measures up to the original, these would be a good choice to try.
