I recently purchased this refurbished laptop and couldn't be more pleased with my decision. The laptop arrived in good condition. The exterior showed just light signs of wear or scratches, and the screen is bright and clear.Performance-wise, this laptop is very good. The processor is snappy, and multitasking is smooth. I’ve been using it for everything from productivity tasks to streaming and light gaming, and it handles it all with ease. Battery life has been impressive. I’ve been able to get through a full workday without needing to recharge, and the battery health seems to be in great shape. This laptop offers exceptional value. I’m impressed with this laptop and would recommend it to anyone in the market for a reliable, cost-effective computing solution. The quality, performance, and savings make it a fantastic investment.

I’ve ordered refurbished laptops through Amazon before, and they’ve been acceptable. This one was beyond my expectations. The unit was extremely clean and in pristine condition. It was easy to set up and worked well from first boot. It’s also fast and there is virtually no noise. Before purchase, I had messaged the seller about this laptop’s ability to be upgraded to Windows 11. They responded quickly. To my surprise, the laptop arrived with Windows 11 pro installed. When I need another laptop, I’ll order from this seller again.

Came the very next day and was packaged very well. I haven't had any problems as of yet and it was definitely in excellent condition. Would definitely purchase from them again. The only downfall is, it is a fingerprint magnet but it's not a deal breaker for me.

I am skeptical as well, after i got the product it seems like new. Lenova thinkpad T470 and above are very good laptops which i have used in the past, Worth considering for whose are on tight budget or hesitant to buy i cannot find a fault with this T490 laptop. Worthy 270 dollars

Ordered twice the same laptop and here results of refurbished laptops from Amazon:First laptop : Dead pixels on the screen plus mouse pad dirty/stainLooked almost like new from outside, but when opened I saw stain on the mouse pad although the mouse pad is working fine. Also when I turned it on, on the screen itself found noticeably dead pixels- you can see it only when the screen is black, but you can see it well . This is not my first refurbished computer from Amazon but definitely the worst one. If this is Microsoft authorized refurbisher I don’t want it and not suggested to you toSecond laptop: Marks (bumps) on the screen’s protecting plastic of unprofessional screen replacement (marks of tool that being used) plus 2 dead pixels on the screen itself.I’m considering not to order any other computer from Amazon at all.This is not refurbished computer for 50$, it’s a 5 years old laptop for almost 300, and it supposed to be at least with good screen!!!

Buying this laptop was a good investment. I recommend it for office work. It has not given me any problems.

Great buy!!! Fantastic machine, runs smooth, fast, super easy setup. I’m not super tech savvy but I feel very confident about this buy and this computer. Highly recommend!
