Traceable Calibrated Digital Fridge Thermometer/Freezer Thermometer with 2 Bottle Probes, –58 to 158 Fahrenheit, Accuracy of 0.3 Degree Celsius

This is a wonderful lab-grade refrigerator/freezer thermometer. It's traceable and highly accurate and comes with a wet test tube probe that gradually adjusts to the temperature in the thing (and gives you a feel for what a liquid would be at, as opposed to just the air temperature. It's got alarms, and you can keep track of minimums and maximums. It comes with various attachment options. You can probably tell all of these things from the above description, and that's pretty fantastic: This is one of those devices that is precisely what you see, works fantastically, and with which I can't find any real flaws. It may not be the most up-to-date interface, buttons, LCD, etc., but who really cares? This is a device with a purpose and it achieves its purpose perfectly. Just think, it's cheaper than replacing all the food in the fridge!

Just noticed that Calibration certificate was expired just after one month of this purchase. Rather it should be valid at least 2 years. Cheap business techniques just to sell the BAD product.
