I love this so much! I got this for my boyfriend and he loves this so much! We use this almost everyday and its great! For most of the stuff you have to pay for a subscription even tho you paid like 100$ for the lovebox itself 😒 the box works pretty well! And you basically have a point system where you can buy other things for sale with your points which is pretty cool, the set up was kinda confusing but i think its worth the money!

There was a misunderstanding regarding a feature of the Lovebox. Certain frame templates allow you to insert your own photo and add text. Initially, I tried with product support to resolve a feature . Ultimately it was agreed only certain frame templates with an existing photo , would allow you to insert your own and add text if so desired . 1st attached screen shot , you can only add text. The 2nd screen shot , are the templates that already had a photo in the frame. The 3rd attached screen shot is the template that you can insert your own photo and add textIt is a wonderful way to send love notes to my wife. Often 2 or 3 in a day. Great Product. You will love it

I had been debating about getting this device for over a year, a bit hesitant because the reviews weren't all raving and I didn't want to raise my mom's hopes if it couldn't work. But I pulled the trigger on it and got my friend to test it before he gave it to her for Mother's Day and it works beautifully. I don't mind that some features are limited on the app because I enjoy just sending my mom white text on black just to let her know that I miss her from the other side of the (California to New York). My sisters back in the Philippines also have the app so that was a major plus that it's available internationally. She loves it, it's easy to set up (requires being plugged in and connected to the wifi), and people with the app can connect to it with a unique device code. Best mother's day gift ever!

My husband has been away for work for 6 months and it is not always easy to align our schedules to talk. The lovebox has been a fun way for me to remind him I love him and to send him pictures of what we are doing back home and notes throughout the day when I think of him. in return, he spins the heart on the box which texts me notifications with a 'waterfall of hearts' to let me know he is thinking of me. It's so cute and we both love it. However, it was a pain to set up initially and I almost sent it back. It would not pick up the internet and let me move on to the next phase of set up. It took me two days to figure out how to go in on my phone and devise a workaround. Glad I didn't send it back, but if I wasn't in IT, I probably would have returned it. Lovebox helpdesk was less than helpful.

Got this gift for my wife for Valentine’s Day! It’s a neat gift that keeps on giving. Think of it as a digital love note holder/presenter. You use an app to send messages to the box whenever and wherever as long as it’s connected to Wi-Fi, and when the box receives it, the heart on the front spins around to notify your significant other. They can take the top off and read your sweet message to them. You can also have multiple people download the app and use the boxes secret code. That way they can also send notes to their friend, or relative. You have to get a subscription to send pictures or use different templates. But it’s not required for some of the templates.

Need to buy a subscription to use all the functions. Very disappointed and returning it.

Decided to do something different and get a gift where I can send her little love notes or words of encouragement. She absolutely loved it! I was quite impressed with the product as well. It feels really nice to hold, easy to assemble, and just overall a well-done product; if I had to nitpick, a sturdier lid that doesn't wobble as much when closed. Yes, there is a paid sub for sending more customized messages and graphics, but I'm ok with that as long as they continue to output quality.
