Defective product
The iron do not warm up sufficiently to iron the clothes and it switches off again and again so that you can not iron a shirt in one go. I cannot replace this defective pieace and product support and warranty is useless and of no help.I have phoned, emailed and lodged complaint forms but no help for rectifying the defective things Service provider ,as intimated by customer support, has switched off his mobile from last 7 days. No response at all except new SR for same thing.Now i have written to their CEO and still finger crossed if i get any response fromthem Big brand but no service at least in South Delhi. Further update. Today mechanic came and now iron is presently working fine.

Good product, bht making not upto mark
The plastic felt too cheap and flimsy with the handle making occassional creaking sounds while ironing. Weight is true to the word, it really helps in giving better ironing to experience. Only the plastic make it feel not upto the mark.

Good in design and quality.
It's good by design and function. Looking nice with blue handle. I ordered one from rico heavy one believing that it would be good compared to competitors where cost is also high. But after delivery found plastic was bad , led indicator loose can give electric shock and did not liked at all and in replaced got this one. It is 300gm more in weight but solid product by design and quality. Cost is also low compare to rico.
