Love them
I’ve used DR strings for the the past 12 years on every electric guitar and have loved them. These are no different, the color coating doesn’t deaden the strings sound or make playing any harder. The pic doesn’t do it justice but those strings look so cool on my 60’s tribute. I do everything in drop b, and they hold up tuning once they are broken in. If only they made a 7 string set!

They're pretty good
I got these as a surprise for my girlfriend and she loves how the color pops! Her first concern was how fast the paint would flake and this picture is the "worst" of it after 3 weeks of playing about every other night. Obviously, it's not going to stick as well on the straight strings & the color is holding up better on the wound strings. I started noticing the color loss a bit ago and tonight we contemplated changing out for the 2nd set & I realized this is a great moment for feedback. As far as "strings" go, she likes them. She's been playing casually for about 20 years and said they have great sound and they quit stretching quickly.Overall, a fun and attractive "gimmick" for looks and quality strings for their price.

Quality Company
I have to say that these strings are an excellent quality. The only issue I have to mention is the colour. The packaging and the pictures show these strings as more of a purple colour which is why my wife picked them out. However they are actually quite neon pink as described in the colour description. I believe the pictures are of the strings under black light. This issue is probably more on my wife and not on the company, Still though I thought it may be worth mentioning incase someone else thinks they look more purple as well.

Messy, cheap, dusty, sounds lame.
Immediately began shedding pink paint everywhere as I strung the guitar. Pictured is after only about 1-2 minutes of playing chords with my bare fingers and a few strums with a pick This finish will not last a week and it will get pink dust all over your guitar the entire time you are playing. These are single use strings. They also sound not so great, very tinny, not warm at all.

Looks Sweet and Sounds Great.
These look awesome on my Ibanez I've had since the early 90's Flame Red Maple top with Black pickups and Bridge pickup is a Pink Satriani FRED Model. Under Stage Lighting they look so sweet. At First the Coating felt a little weird, but I wiped them with a Cloth and never noticed it again.Where your Pick hits will wear off pretty quick on the 1st and 2nd String especially. It is not noticeable unless you are close, but your hand is there anyways.I think I'll stick with a Fresh Set of these for Gigs.

Poor quality
The color runs immediately upon use. They are also stiff and have a bad feel

Surprised!
I was truly surprised by these strings. I thought it was only going to look good and not sound good. I was wrong. These strings sound great and look great. I mostly use Ernie Ball coated strings but I must say the DR Strings stand up to them. It feels great and plays great. The sound is crisp and clear and just how I like it.I'm BlessedAltered Destiny: A Hustler's Choice
