Supplies Moisture Your Eyes Crave
I've been suffering with dry eyes for 2 years now and nothing works to keep them feeling moist - until my optometrist suggested this mask. Believe me it works! In the morning, I place it in a bowl then heat it in the microwave for 20 seconds, let it cool for about a minute, sit in my recliner and place it over my eyes. I stay seated for 20 minutes - by then the mask has cooled off, then I remove it. For the rest of the day, I have no problems with dryness. Yes, you have to make time to do this, but it is so worth it. The mask is soft, covers deep into the eyes, is well put together and should just about anyone. Yes, you can wash it and it will last for a long time - please try it, it may end your dry eyes troubles.

Brings much needed relief to dry eyes.
This mask really helps my dry eye problem. They do exactly what they say they will do. It gives me great relief when my dry eyes cause me pain and irritation. The mask is good quality and the size is perfect, covering the eyes and bringing relief. It holds the heat for a good amount of time. Heat it up for 20 seconds, make sure it isn't too hot, put it on your eyes and relax. I use it several times during the day and especially at bedtime.

Works well, but be careful — it gets hot fast
The Bruder Moist Heat Eye Compress provides fast, effective relief for dry eyes and irritation. It’s easy to use — just pop it in the microwave and place it over your eyes for soothing heat therapy. I've noticed a definite improvement in eye comfort after a few uses. However, be cautious with heating time. The compress can get very warm, and if you’re not careful, it can become too hot and potentially hurt your eye. I recommend starting with shorter intervals (like 7 seconds), checking the temperature, and adjusting as needed based on your microwave's power.Overall, it’s a great product for dry eye relief — just follow the instructions carefully and test the temperature before use.

Works to end eyelash infections
It worked! A tiny stye had developed on my eyelid and it returned even after it was drained, so my eye doctor recommended buying a hot compress. I never knew you could buy such a product, I thought you just had to use hot water and a washcloth - which never works. This eye mask worked wonders for me. It somehow produces moist heat, so it is more comfortable and helps soften the skin. It's just the right size for eyes, and very easy to use.

Ditch the lukewarm compress forever!
Works great! No more washcloths run under hot water to make a hot compress that maybe stays hot for a few minutes. I had no idea these existed until my ophthalmologist suggested it for my meibomian gland dysfunction which causes me constant eye problems. 20 seconds in the microwave & this stays warm for up to 10 min. I love it!

Easy and comfortable to use
These were recommended by my doctor post surgery. They work so much better than simply putting a warm cloth across your face. Each individual compress lays closer to the eye providing moist heat. The adjustable headband holds them in place allowing them to be used in a sitting position not requiring you to lie back. My only complaint is they they sometimes cause me to fall asleep while using them

Dry Heat; Too Large for Petite Faces
My new ophthalmologist wants me, a long time dry eye sufferer, to use nightly warm washcloth eye compresses to avoid going back to the Restasis-and-steroid dog 'n' pony show I've been on for the last 20 years for a variety of reasons. Washcloths soaked in warm water cool off in under five minutes and are also annoying to use in between my nightly facial unguents, so I thought I'd give the Bruder eye mask a whirl. It had certainly popped up in my suggested items enough times over the years while perusing expensive nonprescription eye drops.I've now used the mask only four times and am disappointed to say that it is no longer retaining its moisture. Each time, I've followed the manufacturer's heating instructions, heating it between 20-30 seconds on high, which is just enough to keep it comfortably warm for over 10 minutes. The first time I used it, the amount of moisture it exuded was quite noticeable, and the oil glands of my eyelids (that's meibomian glands for all the anatomy geeks out there) were clearly unclogged. My eyes felt much, much better. The three subsequent times I used the mask, however, it gave off less moisture, and this fourth time, there was no discernible moisture whatsoever. While the heat feels nice, with severe dry eye syndrome and clogged glands, there's no point in using a dry heat mask. What a waste of money, considering the mask is supposed to last at least six months with once per day use.Additionally, the design of the mask isn't great for my petite face. My face overall and facial features are on the small side, and I have difficulty buying glasses and even sleep masks. The elastic between the 'eyes' of the mask is actually too wide for me, causing the eyepieces to slip around uncomfortably during use. I found myself having to adjust them periodically to recenter them properly over my eyes and couldn't really relax while using them. If this mask actually worked, I would have had to hike the elastic at least a quarter inch or so with a safety pin to stop the slippage. Finally, I was offended by the sheer, greedy marketing of additional useless products that was included with the mask. It came with sample shields to prevent the mask from being bespoiled bymakeup/creams/etc. on eyelids during use. Why didn't the company just make the interior of the mask a dark color instead of white so it wouldn't show stains, thereby eliminating the need for such frequent cleaning? I just placed a thin cotton handkerchief over my eyes under the mask instead for free. There was also an eyelid scrub sample. Eyelid scrubbing is a fairly simple at-home procedure that doesn't require purchasing expensive products.Since I'm still in the market for a true moist eye compress, I'll be shopping for a flaxseed or rice eye compress next. I've successfully used moist heat therapy for an injury using heat packs filled with these ingredients, and they've lasted at least a year without going all arid as Death Valley.

Feel so good on your eyes
That heat really feels good on my eyes and the coverage is great. The quality of this product is excellent. I only have to heat it for 20 seconds at a time, and that is sufficient. It really helps my eyes with the dryness problem.
