I liked how quickly it helped me normalize my digestion rhythm.Not sure it is 100% effective since I also adopted other changes but overall feel great. The pills are easy to swallow and they don't have a strong taste.

Really works
A year ago I had a edg and it caused me to burp uncontrollably for no reason at all. I burped when I blink my eyes, burped when I thought I breathed the wrong way. My Doctor couldn't prescribe me nothing that works so I took a trip to GNC and told the guy what was going on with me and he told me about this probiotic solutions and it's been working for me. I have no problems with uncontrollable burping no more.

Noticed a difference the first use!
I have tried other probiotics before with no noticeable results, this product actually made a difference the very first day of use. Took it with my evening meal and had no digestive issues after eating a meat lovers pizza which for me is a plus, plus!

Nothing special, didn’t notice a difference
I have IBS. I don’t notice any difference taking these. They don’t have any discernible improvement in my IBS or symptoms.
