Helps and is a little bit more gentle on your nasal passages than the other brands. I don't think it has any alcohol in it so that may be why.

Best Nasal Spray I’ve Tried
It works! For me, it’s almost as good as Afrin, but you can use it daily. I’ve used Flonase, Nasonex, Nasacort, brand and generic, OTC and Rx over the last 20+ years. I thought I’d have to live with mouth breathing so often. This stuff worked the first time, and now after only a week or so, I can actually breathe through my nose! Of course, everybody’s different, but it works well for me when the others didn’t really do much.

This was my first time trying this. While it doesn't work immediately, within 10 minutes my nasal passages are clear, and stay clear all day. I will definitely be ordering more!
