Sturdy and adjustable little stool
This is a useful item. It is sturdy and height adjusts easily. No assembly required, a real plus for those of us who are not handy with tools.

Structural Issues Make It Unsafe
I've had this stool since October, and it's just too dangerous to use.It was easy to assemble, seemed well-made, and the seat is comfortably-padded. In the first week I leaned over to grab a pen I dropped and the wheels slid out, but I figured I just needed to be more careful. Easier said than done, and I had a bad fall when I went to roll to the end of my desk and the wheels didn't roll as fast. I figured carpet wasn't safe, so I moved it to my small kitchen, as I figured I'd just be careful to sit up straight and roll, not lean. The problem is unless you always sit perfectly straight, and you lean any direction, the circumference of the wheel ring is just too small and you easily fall. I fell in my kitchen reaching about an inch to my right to open a drawer, andd my neck still hurts two hours later. I don't feel safe using it at all, and I feel like I shouldn't give it away or sell it either because someone else will get hurt too. I hope this stool is recalled before more people get hurt. Beware.

Not For Sitting
Here is the scoop on this. As a place to sit this thing is dangerous! It is top heavy and will flip over at the drop of a hat. BUT as a foot stool, this is awesome and extremely comfortable. Regardless of the description I believe that is what these were originally designed to be. And they are just perfect in that application. Adjustable height, good width, rolling convenience and comfortable padding all make this the best foot rest I have ever owned. Just don't sit on it. I made that mistake once and almost immediately ended up on the ground cussing up a storm. So in summation footrest=awesome, rolling stool= NO

Where is the center of gravity on this thing?
That's easy - it's on the floor. Which is where my posterior ended up twice before I realized this thing will tip over without much effort. Do not use it on a carpeted surface - the wheels will get caught and you'll spill over. For the price it will do in a pinch but the wheel base is too small for even oriental-rug type carpet. Not for older folks or anyone with balance issues.

A nice roll seat
I am an amputee and cannot always hop to the bathroom so this stool helps me roll to the toilet it doesn't have a back however if you sit on it properly you're able to move around smoothly you just have to be careful not to fall love the chair because it has wheels and it helps me achieve what I need to get to point A to point B you have to be careful not to lean too far back but I like the wheels and it's easy to assemble
