Kick off my agility training
The media could not be loaded. Happy with this, I haven’t done any exercises for 2 years and finally this Ohuhu Agility ladder training set motivates me to start again. The quality is very good, it has its weight so it sits on the glasses properly. The square is even for training. All come have a band to tighten it after using. Reasonable price.

Training upgrade
I am on the back end of recovering from an Achilles Injury. This ladder makes it easier to do the exercises I need to do to get my strength back in my weakened leg.Good quality for the price. Carry bag is useful for keeping it all neat and tidy when not in use.Cones are an added bonus.
