I know all the chefs use this style of grater and I do cook alot, first time I grated a lemon I grated my thumb as well, take care when using it is very sharp.

Had it for a month. Well designed and made. Very effective sharp zester/grater for small quantities. Doesn't clog. The shape keeps it rigid. Cutting surfaces angled one way make it super-easy to clean with a wipe the other way plus underneath. An easily-detachable and remountable cover keeps it safe for fingers in a draw.
