Best soap I’ve ever used! It’s smells good and it makes my skin feel smooth and hydrated! Definitely my new soap brand of choice. I wish it lasted longer, it lasted me about 2 and a half weeks!

Best "fancy" mens soap you can buy. The medium grit is the way to go. Doesn't peel youur skin off like the heavy grit but does the job. Smells good and all the other stuff soap's supposed to do. My only complaint is it ALWAYS breaks in half once it gets a little thin..maybe 10-15 uses at most... so I usually end up tossing about 1/4 of it because its just annoying in small pieces. But for the price you can't really complain. Def. worth getting and trying it.

I received this in the mail yesterday and couldn't wait to use it. I got the cedar citrus, pine tar, and the alpine sage. First off in Dr. Squatch Ads I've heard girls say it smells like their man's cologne. I personally was expecting a more fragrant smell. It is pleasant but it still has a very soapy smell. Not that that is bad but I think I was expecting something else. I'm someone who has been showering in the laziest way for the last decade and that's pouring some sort of liquid body wash on a loofah and using that and although the smells of body wash I used were very much like cologne from various brands the list of ingredients was certainly comparable to the what Dr. Squatch ads mentioned. I did a little research and they certainly did too because they were spot on. The ingredients in most soaps is very harmful to your skin and body. It makes me feel better knowing I'll be using this from now on because it lists the ingredients as natural essential oils, Shea butter, sea salt .... etc etc.The lather in the shower was instant which I thought was great. I've used a lot of natural soaps products before and they typically don't behave like other soaps I'm used to do. Like natural toothpaste doesn't create a bubbly lather in your mouth like name brand toothpastes do. This soap behaves like other soaps which is great. My skin after the shower feels incredible. You can literally notice a difference and the smell that lingers on my whole body is also noticeable. Even touching my skin now I can feel a softness that is very noticeable. My favorite soap as far as smell goes is the Alpine Sage and that is the only one I tested so far.I'm someone who has a medium sized beard that I attempt to maintain, trim, and keep as healthy as possible. I use beard oil and balms to insure that my beard looks and is as healthy as possible. I think that I will stop using my oil for a week simply to test the soap on my beard. I used it this morning in the shower and I can already notice a difference. My skin is soft and my beard hairs smell like the forest. So far nothing but good things to say about Dr. Squatch. I hope to eventually replace my shampoo and conditioner if they have the products because I'm a bearded man bun having individual and would love it if my wavy thick hair felt as good as my skin does today.

TL;DR - Good organic soap. It has tradeoffs as most naturals soaps do with longevity. One improvement would be to have a measure like the grit measure but for amount of suds. However, I will no longer use this product as the tradeoffs no longer work for me.I have been using Dr. Squatch for about a year and a half at the time of this review. I started with this variety pack and then ordered directly from Dr. Squatch. If you are reading this, you already know the product. The main advertising benefits that mention are:* Organic soap* Makes skin soft* Great scentsNon-organic soaps are engineered for not burning your eyes, lasting long, reducing soap scum, foaming up a lot, etc.. However, they are usually viewed as detergents which can be harmful to your skin. Dr. Squatch is obviously organic. That means if you get it into your eyes, it will sting. The foaming/suds, will vary depending on the bar. Some bars sud up really well, some of them do not.Makes skin soft. If you saw the infomercial, you saw a female actress touch the skin of the male actor and comment on how soft his skin felt. I have been married to my wife for 20 years. She notices every little detail/change with me. While using this soap, she never mentioned my skin was so soft. Did the soap soften my skin? Yes, a little and I noticed but it wasn't as big of a change as the infomercial makes it seem.Great scents. The infomercial also has the same female actress comment on the male actor's scent which is supposedly from the soap. The soap does not leave a lasting scent. If have a bunch of expensive colognes, they will not be replaced by $7 bar of soap. The soap scent will basically be gone just after you dry off from your shower.Soap scum. Depending on your shower type, it will leave a lot of soap scum. The darker the soap colors, the more you will need to clean your shower. There are photos post here on Amazon showing the Pine Tar shop running all over showers. If you have a fiberglass shower enclosure, you will need to clean your shower daily when using the darker soaps. The lighter soaps also collect shower scum but it's harder to see but still will require regular cleaning. On a fiberglass shower, using Pine Tar will make it look like someone dumped their coals in your shower after you are done.Soap savers. With any organic soap, a soap saver is a must. Once the soap is used, it should be in a space to get air to dry out quickly and away from water. You do not need the one from Dr. Squatch. Any $2-3 soap saver from your local store will do just fine. It's where you put it that matters more.How I used the soap: When the soaps arrived, I would cut each soap into halves. I would use one half at a time. I averaged about 1.5-2 weeks per half depending on the soap. Some soaps were softer, like the grit ones, and would wear quicker. Some didn't produce as much suds so they lasted a bit longer. The high grit soaps last the shortest and you will get 1 week or less per half. Unless the soap was a grit soap, I did not rub the soap directly on my skin. I am a wash cloth person, so the soap would only go against a wash cloth. With using half at a time, it would get about 3 weeks for a full bar.All this being said, I will not be continuing with the soap after this batch is done. The amount of soap scum and how quickly it accumulates in my shower enclosure is no longer worth it. I do not know if the build up would be better managed on a tiled shower, but that may make the soap scum less of a problem.

Smells great, it's not greasy.I feel very clean after using it. Great product.

Smells Good, Packed well. Good for washing hands. Used two of the three scents in the shower. Both hurt my nether parts (aka my bum). Not sure why it happened but it was awful.

I love these soaps. They smell great and last a long time. And the ones I store make the cupboard smell nice! Bonus, lol.

Love these soaps but the price is a little to high. I would buy more often if it white at a better price.
