The build quality is quick and easy. I did it myself. The quality is good and I get so many compliments on it. Great value for your money. A must have for show organization.

I was really amazed how big this product is! I am very excited to use it and start putting all my shoes on it. It is very big! However, after assembling it, I noticed the cover piece, or top, if you will, wouldn't fit. The holes would not align properly. I was so upset bc I was like, I'm going to have to disassemble it and return it. BUT WAIT! NO! THATS NOT WHAT HAPPENED! I reached out directly to the seller, and left a message. I never thought I'd hear back from them, DIRECTLY!!! I was so impressed and pleasantly surprised by their customer service. I told them what the issue was and all they asked for was the order number! NO QUESTIONS ASKED!! They shipped me a whole new one at NO COST! They were in constant communication with me and had another shipped out quickly! Their customer service is impeccable and I would DEFINITELY buy from them again!

There’s no way I’m going to be able to build this without it almost toppling over each time I spin it because there’s no way I can insert a new layer of this plastic that’s already hard to put in so it stays sturdy like in all the videos I have seen from other reviews. And don’t get me started on the size shoe you can put on this shoe revolver. I’m a size 12 men and my shoe was sticking out because I didn’t know that this revolver was for small items only. I can’t even return it anymore because I bought this months ago and it’s obviously way past the return date. At the very least I would like a replacement for this faulty revolver so I can at least give it to someone in my family with smaller shoes but that depends on the seller.

5 stars for the functionality, but 4 stars for the price- should be a lower price point since it is made of plastic. But I have to say, I was worried it would smell like chemicals and there is no smell whatsoever, so that's good. Putting it together was a bit wonky- once you get past the first layer, you just have to make sure all the slots are perfectly lined up and then put a little force, rotating around as you go until all of them are securely fastened. Seems to be sturdy once it's assembled. Big thumbs up, just wish they charged less.

Its easy to put together!!! The Storage is. Unbelievable. I got rid of So many Shoe boxes!!!!

You have to assemble it where it will be placed in your home because moving it makes it fall apart since no screws or clips hold it together. I used a small dolly to move it but I had to attached the rope two parts again. What I don’t like is, I wear a USA Women’s size 8 shoe and they barely fit in each space, two shoes, (one pair). I got them for my husband who wears a US Men’s 12. Two men’s 12’s does not fit either, obviously.It spins cleanly, it looks nice in a huge closet, middle piece.I give it all stars because 1. It is easy to assemble, 2. It looks really pretty and clean, neat. If you wear a size 5 women’s this is perfect for you.

I do love this shoe stand. I'm 50 years old, 5' 3" and was able to put this together by myself, although I did have to use a step ladder to get the top put together. The directions aren't super clear but once you get it, it goes together pretty easily but some of the holes are slighty smaller than the pegs so I did have to use a rubber mallet with a towel on the end (as not to scufff the white paint) to gently tap some of them together. Just note that there is a top and bottom piece that are slighly differnt then the others. If you put one of those pieces in the middle it doesnt line up correctly and it took me a few minutes to figure out what I did wrong. You will want to put it together where you want to set it, it's awkward and heavy to move, especially on carpet. It's bigger than I thought it would be (taller than me). My only complaint would be that the slots aren't very deep. I only wear a size 6.5 shoe and my shoes hang off the edge slightly. It would also be great for purses, books or other items. I overall love it!

I'm a designer and builder and when I remodeled our out dated master suite, I turned the old bathroom into a walk-in closet for my wife. I have my own closet as well. Shown in the photo is this cool rotating shoe rack. I only wished it was white like the rest of the components I used but it's not so bad. Older house don't typically have level floors if the were built per minimum code. From foundation walls inward they sag over the years especially if built with conventional timber. Why use a 2X12 joist when a 2X10 is cheaper, says the low budget builder! So, I did have to figure out how to first level it on the floor using door shims under it and then long wood screws to mount it in place. I didn't want it to move or wobble and get out of alignment being so close to other components. Wife is very happy and as soon as it's filled, no more shoping so I'll be happy.
