Easy Installation Except For Moving the Washing Machine
The price can't be beat and the one-day delivery was a real help. The most difficult part of installing this item (I'm 75 years old) is moving the washing machine into position to work on it and moving it back after the installation. I got a good physical workout and saved a lot of $$ since I didn't have to call a repair man.

Looks OEM, fits like OEM.
Got this to replace the one that my washer has had since 2015, after it reported an "LE", and the drum spun fine by hand. Ignoring the motor disassembly, this unit was really easy to clip in. I compared the unit to the one I was pulling off, and they looked IDENTICAL, other than the date code (Which the new one was only a few months old at the time of install), and some plastic discoloration on the old unit, from being mounted to the motor stator for 9 years. So far, after 2 cycles, it seems fine.

Worked great
My LG front load washer was displaying LE error code. Tried everything to fix it but nothing worked. I read online that it could be a failing hall sensor and this did the trick! Very happy with this product. It was pretty easy to install as long as you have all the right tools to get the the part of the washer.

Fixed LG WM8000HVA with LE Code
After doing some research I narrowed down the fix for our washer. In my use case we needed a Philips head screwdriver to remove the back panel, a 17mm socket for the rotor locking nut and a 10mm socket to remove the stator. If you cannot remove the rotor due to rust apply some WD-40 or penetrating fluid and it will come out seamlessly.

Fixed my washer saved me from replacing.
My washer would not spin it would think about it then code out.You can drain water just go through rinse and spin cycle and hit go after it alarms out then for me water pumped out which was another sign this is what I needed. Bearings are other possible problem when troubleshooting but I knew it was that as was not loud before issue. If you have bad bearings trust me you will know just from the noise.Easy to replace and plenty of YouTube videos to show you how.
