Why did you pick this product vs others?:The case is extremely well built & is perceived to be of very high quality upon using it for the first time. Works amazingly with iPad.I would recommend to get this if you’re looking for a Magic Keyboard style case for your iPad. It’s better than Magic Keyboard in some of the regards such as function keys, backlit keyboard & easy access to quick functions through keyboard etc. For 1/4th the price of the Magic Keyboard, this is a no brainer.

Excellent customer support
I am upgrading the review to 5 star based on the customer support. purchased in in May 2025. I have been using the key board for past 20 days. Despite extreme care, the track pad has stopped working around 15-June-25. Then I raised the issue to the customer care. The customer care team very promptly acted and responded to me on whatsapp to courier it to their nearest centre. Within two days I got a replacement which is working perfectly. Thanks to the Typecase care team. Keep it up.

It’s a good sturdy product. The team is also very accessible on whatsap to solve queries and issues. Good colour options too

Good keyboard, not so great trackpad
The product is good. However, the trackpad doesn’t work well and has a delayed response half of the time. If you want to scroll up or down a page, most of the time it’s either delayed it or doesn’t happen all together for some time. The rest of the functionalities are good. If you’re someone who heavily relies on using a trackpad for scrolling, I wouldn’t suggest this product. If you need to use it only for typing, then getting this one is better than spending money on an expensive apple keyboard.

Very good
It's my first day of use. very handy and easy to use. My small issue is with spotting the cursor which is a small translucent black ⚫️ pointer. Quality seems to be good. I highly recommend to students. There is no lag in typing. Can't comment on the battery life for now.
