Item arrived in good time and in good condition.I can't speak for the durability as it's new and plan to gift my daughter with it this Christmas so maybe after a few months of use I can revisit this review.Otherwise, I can't complain. Poppy sings just fine when you press the little button on her wrist.I recommend purchasing this for your little ones if they are into Trolls as it would make a great gift.

Okay, so anybody that says these dolls won't interact with each other clearly didn't read the directions and didn't flip the switches on their backs off of demo mode. They do talk and harmonize with each other as long as they're within three feet of each other, also stated in the directions.Poppy doesn't get a perfect score because her head band isn't great and falls off with ease. She's also a little on the loud side. They both are, really, but that's not the worst thing in the world. An additional accessory would have been nice, too. Maybe a little creature or even a hair brush?The most important thing is that our daughter adores these dolls as much as the movie.

My daughter is three and recently discovered Trolls. We’ve watched all the iterations currently available and have tix for the Band Together movie next week! That said, she likes the original best so I went on a hunt to find toys based on that movie, instead of the new ones. She loves this doll and we also ordered the Branch one so they can sing together (& also give brother something to play so they don’t fight over Poppy!) The songs are not full songs, but they’re snippets of the good parts and also my daughter is three so she doesn’t care if it plays the full song.My gripe is with the shipping. This took ages to get to me (over a month) and when I received it the box was crushed a bit in back and had barcode stickers and residue on the front. Thankfully this was just for my own daughter so it doesn’t matter as much, but there’s no way I would give this busted package to someone as a gift.

Bought this as a cake topper & gift for my granddaughter's birthday. I thought it was a little expensive, but the sound is good (after replacing sample batteries) and it seems to be of decent quality overall. (This toy has only been in play for 4 days at this point.) My granddaughter LOVED it :-)

Very cute! Plays lots of different sound bites but is a little loud. I do wish it had a softer volume setting, but perfect for a Poppy obsessed child.My only complaint is the crown. It is in no way attached to poppy or her hair and is just a piece of loose felt. We just put it up and the troll is just as cute, but could be a choking hazard for toddlers.
