This item was ordered in error because we thought the one we had was not working, but it was okay.Have not returned the the new control, kept it just in case but it is fine and works well.

I can highly recommend this replacement remote control . I simply inserted 2 batteries and it worked perfectly without the need to set anything up. Excellent price and next day delivery. What more could anyone want?

I purchased this Humax remote, installed the butteries and away we go, perfect!!!

This item is not value for money.1. Button function allows item to be selected and cancelled in one press due to repeating action.2. Not of merchantable quality as a number of buttons ( all of which required a very firm press from the start of usage), now no longer work all or part of the time after just over 12 months use.

Excellent product worked straight away

The form factor, number of buttons and basic functionality of the remote is good, however, this device lacks the programmability of the original Foxsat remote control.The buttons at the top for TV, DVD and AUDIO cannot be programmed using the 3-digit codes in the back of the Foxsat manual to operate additional devices. Entering the codes does nothing. Those three buttons are effectively dummies.This remote will only work to operate the Foxsat device, which it does perfectly well, but it is NOT an exact replica of the original remote.If that's all you need, this is the remote for you, as it has all the particular quirky buttons as the original (like "opt+") but if you need to operate additional devices, like your TV, soundbar, etc, you'll need another remote in addition.
