Easy and effective
Easy to use, carry, and store. Not heavy or bulky. It is effective for stretching my tight, achy feet when used regularly as my physical therapist prescribed. It is absolutely worth the money, IMO.

The surface is what makes this board special
This is the best wobble board I have worked with. I am a Pilates teacher and see clients that are undergoing chemo or have recently finished. The surface of this board helps to connect with the bottom of the feet. With chemo, people can lose feeling in their toes & feet-this board stimulates the feet. It is also a great board you can use both sides. Worth the extra money!

"Swollen Ankles No More!"
I love this thing! I have had swollen ankles since 2012 due to an achilles tendon injury that seems to have left these behind. They are cured in 2 weeks. It is fun too! I use it as soon as I get to work in the mornings. It's such a nice start to my day. I plan to get one for home soon.Update: My swollen ankles came back only slightly a few weeks later. It could have been the result of becoming a new runner. I will update this review if they go away completely but, I have still seen great results from using this. My legs feel stronger and I have improved balance with my Yoga Poses.Update 3 months later: Swollen ankles are gone and the pain from the achilles tendon injury is gone! I couldn't be happier!

Good and strong
Good and strong. Well made. Top has some diamond cut design to keep from being slippery. Be careful if you are not balanced in the least as you could fall off. I bought this so,I could use it while watching TV or at the kitchen counter. I do my exercises other then this, but this will help build balance. Be sure to work toward doing one leg. Of course, you must be balanced to get good,at this. That will require some core strength and good.posture. It co,Es with a nice pamphlet with exercises. I did buy this as a Amazon warehouse item. It was listed as "used"" and what that usually means someon returned it and isn't in the original package. OK by me to save a few bucks and get the same thing.

TheraBand Wobble Board really engages the abdominals.+
The TheraBand Wobble Board really engages the abdominal core very well. I was skeptical at first, never having used a wobble board or similar device but after using it for only a few minutes I could feel my abs working. The 22 degree angle of deflection is steep and gives a nice range of motion and requires a good amount of effort and concentration to stabilize and keep yourself upright and on the board. I was a little leery of the fact that the board is made of plastic but according to the documentation it can hold up to 300lbs, which is good as I am currently 250 and the board handles the weight with no problem. The non slip knurled surface works very well but may be a little hard for some people to use barefooted, I thought it was a little hard at first and it will leave dimples in your feet for awhile after use but, I actually like the way it feels after using it for a several seconds. Definitely use it near a support that you can lean on if you need to, and you probably will, at least to start out, I know I will for quite some time. I think wobble board will be a great addition to my newly started exercise routine to help strengthen my core.

Excellent product and better than more expensive ones
I sit in an office chair all day long and I brought this item to allow me to do some therapeutic standing while at my desk. This balance board is perfect for that. It's not too crazy where it has you falling all over the place. It give you just enough so you have some movement but are also still able to concentrate on your work. Now if you go on line you will see that there is a company that will try and charge you close to $500 for a similar item. I was never crazy enough to purchase that one but I did purchase one a few months back for about $110 and it was no where near the quality or functionality of this one. I am very happy with this purchase and it works perfectly for what I did it for.

Works just fine
My Thera-Band Rocker Board arrived promptly and in good condition. The board is study and has a no-slip surface, making it safe for exercise. My exercise set with this board involves putting the board in various positions, getting up on it, squatting down slightly, and staying balanced for 2 minutes. It works the ankles, calves, knees, and low back. The board tilts in one dimension at a time, so I reposition it to vary the exercise -- tilt forward/back, side to side, diagonal tilt left, diagonal tilt right. Eventually I'm going to try it standing on one foot. You're going to get two things from a more expensive rocker board: (1) They are made of wood instead of plastic -- I'm not sure this is much of an advantage. (2) They are larger. The Thera-Band, at roughly 14 by 14 inches, is big enough for me to stand on, so I don't need anything bigger, but some people prefer a larger board. See the attached picture to get an idea of its size.Construction: it's made of two molded pieces, a set of screws through the bottom piece hold the top piece on. The top piece gives ever so slightly (a hundredth of an inch maybe?) when weight is put on it. I suspect it would be even sturdier if it were a single molded piece. All that is a nitpick, the board works just fine.
