I bought around 6 months ago because I had a nail completely fall off. I have been taking it every morning since. My nail grew back fully in less than 2 months, my nails are stronger than ever and my hair has grown several inches. The bottle also lasted me a very long time and is cheap.

My husband told me I should try biotin for skin health which I ignored. Then one day I randomly saw some ad on social media and came here on a whim and I ordered this brand thinking social media is a hero and totally forgetting about my husband's advice. I am so happy with that whim! Thanks social media! Anyhoo, I got the bottle in November of 2023 and it's now September of 2024 - my nails are much healthier. After years of nail polish, remover, gel nails and plain abuse they are revived and looking normal! My hair has gained some strength, but most of all, my skin feels better. I had some pigment spots and less than smooth spots of my face from prednisone and despite still having to be on it, my skin looks and feels better. Prior to this I had perfectly clear micro pig light skin and never went through teenage acne so it was fair for me to get slammed! This really did help the spots and smooth out the skin...mainly the pores just under my cheek bone and just outside my eyebrows. I love that the bottle has 365 pills for one year aaaand the size of the pill is awesome. It's petite but not "crap I dropped it" little. As I have an autoimmune condition I take a fair amount of pills and this didn't add any bulk to my pillbox...plus I didn't have to add a small midafternoon meal consisting of medications, 3 grapes, 4 saltine crackers and a Dr. Pepper (I still did though).So in conclusion - great size, great quantity, great quality, great results, and great job social media algorithm! *and my husband, he's pretty OK*

Find this product works better than gummies. Vast improvements to my hair, skin, and nails. Has become a part of my night time pill regiments and would not want to change.

This is a good biotin supplement. While I prefer gummies that include collagen or a hair, skin, and nails blend, these capsules did work well. My stylist even noticed a difference in hair growth after about six weeks. It’s a great option for those on a weight-loss journey or dealing with Covid-related hair loss. A solid product for targeted hair health!

I am 75 years old and my hair had been getting really thin. At least once a week if not twice a week, I would have to clear the hair out of my brush and throw it away. It was about a year ago that I found this product and started taking it regularly One to two pills a day.. At the end of the month, I started seeing tiny little hairs regrowing, and each month that has passed. I only have more tiny hair been noticed but now the original tiny hairs have two months of growth. Now we are a year out and I’ve got lots of new hair growth from 6 to 8 inches down to still more tiny hair is finding their way. So what I can say is this product works. It stimulates hair growth and as long as you’re taking it I feel like it’ll continue to do so. If there’s a downside to this, it’s that my very baby fine hair that is several inches long catches a breeze and tickles my face and makes it feel like tiny little spiders touching my face. But I will keep taking it because it works. To h-ll with the tickles. It is well worth it.

Love these. My nails are much sturdier. Also if you live with other people, they will think who’s is like something they shouldn’t take because my family thinks the gummies are candies. This also comes with a lot and they are small so easy to take. It’s like an iron pill and it doesn’t upset my stomach and has no taste. As it pertains to my hair, I’m not sure because I am using other things and I am inconsistent but it’s definitely improved my nails

This is my second order. My nails are significantly better after taking this product for a number of months. I’m also seeing improved skin as it’s not so thin and subject to bruising.

Strengthens hair and makes it look healthier and glossy. Very herbal smell.
