We needed a ladder to keep in our motor home but space fills up fast so finding things that collapse and don't take up a ton of room is important. We had an incident on a recent camping trip that our awning froze up and wouldn't come back in. We were SOOOO lucky that for the first time my hubby brought our little 4' ladder so we could manually get up just high enough to get a drill in the override. But that was a wake up call to make sure we have a ladder on board at all times for whatever may come up. Finding a ladder that gets you up approx 6' but then collapses down down to just over 2' and flat is awesome! We can easily fit in any of our lower storage compartments and are prepared for whatever comes up.The only little negative is it wobbles a bit when you are up on it, not super stable like a regular ladder...nothing too bad and kind of expected from a ladder that telescopes out like this. Won't hinder you using but if you need this all the time in work like construction I wouldn't recommend. Great for emergencies and quick things.

Overall, product design and idea is great. It folds so compact and weight is light so it fits on my trunk of the sedan very easily which makes it perfect ladder to carry around to the job site.However, the steps are welded straight to the ladder which becomes uneven to the ground when A-Ladder is unfolded which makes it uncomfortable to climb up and down the steps.If they have designed the steps to be slightly angled so when A-Ladder is unfolded, steps becomes even with ground, it would have been perfect 5 star rating for sure.

I wish I had gotten this ladder when I first moved in an apartment with high ceilings and high windows. I grew up in the burbs so we had a garage with a ladder. That doesn’t happen in an urban area. I’ve been trying to find a way to clean these windows (at least on the inside) and hang LED Holiday lights.This ladder is pretty amazing and small. Fits in the bottom of a closet and doesn’t take up much space but let’s me get to a 10’ window top. I highly recommend this ladder. I only gave it 4 star on maneuverability because closing the thing up can be a little unwieldy. Be careful or you can pinch or smash a finger. But if you’re not in a rush like me, it’s totally fine.

I wasn't expecting to much from a ladder, but, this one was more than I thought it would be. I am 5' about 130lbs. This is a ladder that I can handle without struggle.

The purpose to buy this ladder was an easy to carry and use around the house. Well far from that this ladder by design is very difficult to setup and dangerous when closing. Takes some time to get it up and you have to be very careful when closing and storing. I have use other telescopic ladders but this is the worst by far.

Overall for the price point on this ladder is a good deal. The weight can be managed by anyone. It is compact and it will do the job it needs to do, however, it is most adept as a homeowners/emergency ladder. I am glad to have it when I have nothing else, but it would not be my first option. I use ladders in a commercial setting and it is not sturdy enough for an all day need. It is great when you don’t have space for a full size ladder.

The seller was very responsive to my questions. The ladder pulls up very quickly, and make sure that all of the lights are green, before getting on it. The 4 orange buttons on the bottom, to retract the ladder, are the 2 lowest buttons on one side of the ladder and the 2 lowest other the other side of the ladder. It worked and is very easy to retract the ladder!

The media could not be loaded. The overall design of this product is great and folds up easy. The build quality feels like sturdy plastic. Feels a little wobbly. I stood on this product and felt safe. This is an overall good value for money and easy to use.
