I suffer with SAD so thought I would give these a go as even though I use a sun lamp and do morning exercise my mood was still low. I found these worked straight away for me and now feel much happier. I take 2 about 90 minutes before bed. Would definitely recommend. Not sure how much they help with sleep as was already taking a magnesium supplement to help with that

I have taken one of these daily since menopause symptoms kicked in. They work for me and I feel they are effective in both lifting my mood and assisting my sleep quality.

( CONTEXT ) So I started taking these 4 days ago, recommended dose at 2 per day - I can’t swallow tablets very well so I poured the contents into water and drank instead like I do with my other supplements + I exercise regularly, usually 5 times a week for upwards of a hour each session( OTHER SUPPLEMENTS )I take omega 3 fish oil + high quality multivitamin + magnesium complex + high dose vitamin C + Vitamin B complex - so I’m already taking quite a few supplements alreadySo this is is the 5th day since introducing these and like I said I’ve only taken 8 tablets so far, this morning I woke up at 4am feeling the best I’d ever felt with a ton of energy to the point where I’m concernedI generally tend to hover around a 7 out of 10 on the ‘feeling good’ scale, sometimes higher, however after waking up early this morning (which I don’t usually do) I genuinely feel like a 11/10 and this concerns meAnything that makes me feel THIS good surely can’t be healthy to take long term, hence why I’m not going to take anymore of these - I’ve still got 112 tablets left out of 120, I feel like this can’t be sustainable so I’d rather quit while I’m ahead

Always the sceptic, but frustrated with periods of sleeplessness, I gave these a try.Took 2 before bed each night, within a few days I noticed I was falling asleep within an hour, although waking after around 4 hours.Several weeks later, asleep with an hour, sleeping upwards of 6 hours (this hasn't happened in decades).Took these for 2 months, seem to work for me.Does take a little longer to rouse in the morning but within an hour you're right as rain.They are a little pricey, but in my opinion worth it.

After the first day of taking these, I felt a lift in my mood. By day 3 I felt energized and actually felt great and motivated. A week later they started to make me feel numb, like emotionless. (Admittedly could have just been my circumstances) but I wasn't looking for that kind of effect. By week 2, well the nightmares were enough to make me not take them again! It was insane. However they did really help with my anxiety. But the nightmares put me off. If you have anxiety maybe try them for a week and keep them for when necessary. But for me, everyday is a no unfortunately.

Very very good product,have to say better to start off one a day first thing in the morning with breakfast 🍳 they are very strong & as I took one for the first time in the evening I soon found out I had lucid dreams. Didn’t sleep 😴 to well.so changed to the morning. Definitely worked for me for waking up in witch 🧙 hr 3 to 4am with a little anxiety. These capsules 💊 for me have have worked wonders & has only been a week. Notice a difference within the first 2 days I would say it’s that effective.from reading 📖 other reviews I would say that ther pretty bang on! Today I took for the first time after a week I have took two one in the morning & another about 3pm no later otherwise will not sleep well.vut all in all I would definitely buy again.a life saver 👍🏻

Looking though the other reviews someone said up to 3 weeksWell for me last night , one hour before bed I took two, and only got up for a toilet about 3am , in total I had about 6 hours sleep as opposed to 3 hours each and every night, my doctor wouldn’t prescribe me sleepers after one month.A little expensive is my only negativeIf you can afford them, you get a month supply .No vivid dreams either
