Great bike
Had a few months now & clocked in about 600 miles with no problems just a lose screw . I weigh about 14.5 & 5:11 . Gets about 20+ miles on throttle and double that with peddle assist. Great power for climbing hills ,beaches, off countryside roads . ( wouldn’t buy if using for trails it’s a heavy bike for sports ) overall great well pleased , customer service was quick and very helpful.would buy again ..

Don’t buy from here
Bought this bike with two batteries in which one never showed up and the other one was faulty the company offered a new bike to be shipped but it was never sent the battery was never sent the suspension the bike doesn’t work and now the company is asking for the bike back with the original packaging which I no longer have. The company no longer responds to emails

Electric bicycle
I like the assisted function, it will allow longer trips to be planned. You can fly past ordinary bikes. The only drawback is the weight of the bike. It is heavy. All in all it is ok.I have had the bike for a few months now, I bought it because it has two batteries and this would increase the distance ridden. One battery stopped working, so I contacted the seller they sent a replacement, but this had a different connector, so it cannot be fitted to the bike I have. I will keep this amendment updated.

Excellent Customer Service
I had an issue with the bike at first this was rectified quickly and retailer kept in constant contact with myself, I've had bike up and running now for about 5 weeks and have had no problems at all.Batteries last well,Iroughly get about 22 miles per battery ,I ride it quite hard,there is room for plenty more milage if road more gentle, Bike is stable,and handles potholes well when you haven't noticed one.Batteries and charger stay cool while charging.This bike is fast,I would highly recommend this bike
