WOULDN'T BE WITHOUT IT NOW!
Bought this on an offer just under £40, and thought it was expensive at that, however, it holds a lot of tools, clearly displayed and not jumbled up, and when deployed to the 'A' standing upright stance, it is very stable and provides a good 'work station'. I now wouldn't be without it and if I see another similar offer, will probably buy another! Very well made and strong, with substantial zips down both sides of each 'flap' with a strong velcro strip along the top, so if working in rain, you can just cover your tools quickly with just the velcro.

Great Tool Bag
I work as a maintenance operative for a healthcare company and this holds the majority of my tools. With this bag I can find the tool I want straight away so I can get on with the job in hand. Its strong and compact and the tools are well organised. Great bag.

It's Good But Not Perfect
Bought this to try and get more organised. I have tried most other open tool boxes & zipped bags from various manufacturers.I liked the look of this item as it appeared to have plenty of space & a variety of compartments. I also like the quality of Stanley products. The item arrived faster than I expected. First impression was good build quality (its not cheap, so anything less would be a disappointment). However I was initially disappointed when I started to swap the tools from my current bag (a Stanley open tote) to this one. For me, far too many of the compartments are the same size & fitting standard plumbers tools in was not possible. I got over the problem by cutting the elastic stitching on some of the pockets to allow a larger variety of items to be accommodated. Not ideal, but now it does what I wanted by storing tools in a way they can be seen.So overall, well made but not so well designed for my profession.

Good quality bag
This is a well made and spacious bag with plenty of room for tools like hammers, chisels and screwdrivers - all kept neatly in place with an extensive range of pockets. It will accommodate a tenon saw and small hacksaw, but it is not quite big enough for a full sized hacksaw. Tools are easily accessible thanks to the roll-down sides. All together a well designed and well made bag - but it is quite expensive.

Great stuff
Really handy tool bag for small tools. It's not quite a full "technician's case" in that there aren't slots for everything, i.e. there are still a couple of big spaces inside where you can put large miscellaneous tools, but at the same time there are plenty of pouches and slots for small tools so that you can keep things organised. It's very useful as a general purpose tool organiser, and it's also well made, good and sturdy and a good size for lugging about the place.

Organised tools well for a busy heating engineer

Great layout making it easy to identify each tool
The only thing that let this tool bag down is that one of the zips was not fixed all the way to the top of the bag. I'm sure it was just 1 faulty bag in thousands and yes I could have returned it and swapped it for new but I needed a tool bag for a new job straight away so I kept it.It's still a good tool bag just gets a bit annoying when I have to hold the zip to open one side of the bag. Eventually it will break the zip but as I said it was my choice not to swap it

I like the tool bag
I am a jobbing plumber and bought this to have quick access to any of my tools needed for a Verity of situations I am tasked with.My only gripe is the zipper on one side has come free from the rivet that holds it to the top side but does not impede closing the zipper just a pain that it wasn't rivetted properly and can't now be without the bag to get it fixed so might have to find a way to fix it by myself, unless Stanley hope to intevene (see photos).Other workmates think the bag will get full of debris or fittings over time but that's purely down to the user, as I've said I like it and it is far better than the rucksack version I had before where I felt I had to dig to get at tools now I just slide them out and crack on with the job periodically tidying it each month.Would pick this over a toolbox any day
