Punches above its price point
This is a very solid knife. For the price, I’d even call it great.Fit and finish are very solid, blade centering is perfect, the action flicks open smoothly after it’s oiled and worn in a bit, and the blade comes reasonably sharp out of the box. Size and weight are small enough for it to disappear in a pocket but it’s substantial enough to not feel awkward in my hand when using it.My only ding against this knife would be the choil. For my hand size it’s not necessary for getting a full grip and I’d prefer to have more cutting edge there instead since that’s the spot I like to put cordage or rope when I’m trying to cut through it.The D2 steel is solid for the price point, my personal preference is for good edge retention since I hate sharpening knives and D2 delivers that pretty well at the expense of toughness and corrosion resistance. I’m looking forward to using this knife for years to come.

Nice quality for the price
I’ve had the bigger version for about a year now (I forget the name) Awesome knife. I mainly use it around the house for opening packages, and random stuff. It’s a lil big, for an EDC. (I’m not a big dude, and I carry a lot of stuff in my pockets already lol)Decided to get this mini version, as an EDC. It feels the same, in terms of quality, as the large version. Flips pretty smooth. I might add some oil to it.Super sharp, cuts the hairs off my arm lol. Not a bad deal for $30. And I like green (obviously).

The best budget alternative to Benchmade Bugout there is. My EDC for 6 months now.
I came from a Benchmade Bugout, which is very similar in size and style to this Civivi Mini Praxis. After losing the Bugout, I couldn't justify the price for another—so I gave the Civivi a try. While the quality difference is noticeable if you've used both, the Mini Praxis absolutely holds its own, especially at this price point. The fit and finish are excellent, and the D2 blade has held its edge impressively well. I've been carrying it daily for about six months and haven't needed to sharpen it yet for light, around-the-house tasks. No issues with corrosion from water or sweat, either. While it’s a noticeably heavier than the Bugout, it's still light enough to clip inside the waistband of gym shorts on occasion. In normal shorts or jeans, you'll never notice the weight difference. If you've never used a premium knife, you'll think this is top-tier. And even if you have, this is a fantastic alternative if you want to save $100+ and aren't dependent on your knife for your income or mission-critical situations. Highly recommended for a solid, everyday carry on a budget.

Great Knife, Would Recommend Buying for anyone on a budget or not very into knives
Been carrying this knife for around 2 weeks now and it has been enjoyable to do so far. Right out of the box the knife looked great and with great presentation. Included was a little bit of paperwork, the knife itself, some stickers, and a case/bag. The knife itself came out with no imperfections, no scratches, no dinks, no damage. The action on the knife is buttery smooth and flips out great with a light push on the flipper tab. As a test, and to break in my knives, I constantly fidget with them for a couple days. After 2 or 3 days of constant opening the pivot did come loose just a bit and the centering of the knife was off with a little bit of play in the blade; however, this is completely expected from so many openings of the blade. I snugged it up with a T8 Torx wrench and it was as good as new. All it means is that over time you may need to snug that screw up to keep the knife in proper working order. The blade itself is super sharp to where I can shave hair off of my arm. It gives a very thin edge so it does give the user a very slicey feel. The micarta on the handle is very grippy and nice feeling in the hand, even with thin gloves. I have above averaged sized hands and I can comfortably get 4 fingers on only the handle portion of the knife. If you did need to choke up on the blade, you can get your pointer finger on the notch in the blade which is a very nice feature. D2 steel is very nice to see on this budget of a knife and has good edge retention and ease of sharpening in my experience. The reason I have 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the pivot loosening up just a little bit, and I feel like I can't speak on the quality of the clip yet. It is a good clip but it seemed a little thin to me. But as long as you don't over bend it should be fine, and civivi offers new clips to purchase on their websites should you break it. They also sell replacement hardware if you were to damage or strip the screws of the knife.TL/DR: Great knife with a good steel and great action at a great price. Would recommend buying for those looking for a quality knife that wouldn't hurt if you lost or damage it. Also it would be very good for anyone looking to get into EDC without spending a whole lot of money. I carry this knife on the very right edge of my right pocket and I can't feel it at all until I reach for it. In the same pocket I have my SAK and keys.Good knife.

A Good EDC
This knife is a pretty nice edc. It fits well in my hand, and isn't uncomfortable when you really need to grip it. It's very fidgety, making it fun to unfold with just a push of the tab to flip out the blade. The clip makes it nice to keep in your pocket, but it is kind of noticeable when you need to bend. So far, I'm happy with the purchase. The fact that it doesn't put a large dent in your wallet is also a plus.

I carry it every day.
I have quite the collection of pocket knives, and this one seems to be my favorite. Lube it and wear it in a bit and it'll flip right open with a satisfying click. No corrosion, easy enough to give it a quick steel to bring it back to life, I haven't had to really put it on a stone yet and I've had it at least half a year. Good knife.

Durable and reliable
I love the size and the action is very smooth perfect for edc. I have the full size version for work and this one for home. I got this one because the build quality and durability on the first one was amazing.
