Easy and very straightforward to use and read.I ordered this after reading that the first sign of Covid-19 infection - even before the person feels unwell - was a drop in oxygen levels in the blood. I believe Japanese (?) health authorities advised people to keep track of oxygen for this reason.As a person who has had a heart bypass, the added Vascular condition monitor is also very useful as an indicator of condition of my circulation.Apart from getting one for myself, I have also sent another one to a friend in India as it was not available on Amazon there.

An expert on Radio 4 Inside Health was adamant that we should all have such Oximeters, but advised to ensure that the one you buy has the CE mark, as those without may not be accurate. This one has that mark so that, matched with the higher price which might also mean higher build quality was enough for me to buy it. Received today, well and thoughtfully packaged, the quality is very good, the instructions clear as a bell, each use takes less than 2 minutes and the display is easy to read. Me and my blood oxygen are delighted; I highly recommend it.

Small, compact and visually pleasing. Easy to use and very convenient. Gives me what I need to know in lass than 3 minutes. I cannot vouch for the accuracy of the instrument, because I am not a medical person, however, I am sure it is accurate enough to enable me to see when I need to get a medical person involved.Very happy with my Purchase.

This is a neat little gadget but I question its accuracy. I am 90 years old and suffer from slightly swolled legs and ankles, yet the MediDirect consistently rates me as "2". I find this hard to believe. Does anyone else have the same problem or do I enjoy unusually good health?

Whilst a little more expensive and outlay I invested in it as I thought the additional feature would be useful for purpose. It was delivered in a good time scale, is an approved item and appears to work very efficiently with good reviews by other customers. In a few seconds it will bring the readings up on the screen.

The device is well made and accurate. Tower Health contacted me within hours of my email query. The vascular number may vary during the day depending on exertion and energy levels as it measures speed of blood flow. They advise taking readings during the day before exercise and averaging them out to get a good idea of vascular condition. It's a great little tool that works quickly and efficiently.
