Great value
I like these more than I thought I would. After reading some reviews before purchasing, I thought they were going to fall apart and get torn up too easy. This is not the case at all. People need to realize that your tire shine product is also lubrication, which if the right amount is there, you won't tear up the foam pad. Once the product is gone, or very minimal, the foam will drag against the tire causing tears in the foam. This is easy to avoid. Another thing I saw was people saying they were separating between the two foam pieces. I believe this is from the tire shine product used. Petroleum, silicone & solvent based products can break down adhesives as well as other damage to your tires & trim pieces. I use water based products only and have no issues like this. I use one of these foam pads for four detail washings, then discard it. It is possible to still use them, I just choose to go to a new pad. I figure at a buck a piece (I bought 12pcs for $12) why not? A great bang for the buck. The outer sharper edges get perfectly between my rim & tire and the arch of the pad works really well on both of my truck & SUV. If the price stays the same, I'll continue to buy these. Heck of a bargain in my opinion. I highly recommend them.

Game changer for tire shine
I don't know why I haven't used these until now! Great to use for tire shine to eliminate over spray.

Better if remained intact
Arrived on time. Worked well on first few tires, but by the 8th tire (2 vehicles) the sponge was completely separated from the handle. On the plus side, since I still have 5 more, I can do the tires 5 more times.

Works great on fender flare's
Nice to be able to put shine on motorcycle tires with out spraying all over. Works great on fender flares.

Works great and no mess!
These applicator sponges make it super easy to apply tire shine evenly. They’re firm enough to hold, soft enough to spread product smoothly, and don’t leave your hands greasy. I’ve also used them on trim and they work just as well. Great value for the set!
