Few months ago I purchased it and find that this product continued the power supply to my CPU & monitor without any trouble. But the problem is there there are no any blinker or sound during main supply cut off. another is the on off switch is very small which is not quite acceptable for me. But the product performance is the best.

I purchased the Artis 600VA LCD Touchscreen UPS on 17th January 2024 for personal computer use. It worked without any issues for the first six months. However, after that period, the UPS started shutting down suddenly. I tried switching it back on, but the relay kept fluctuating continuously and there was no power output.I took the product to their service centre, the issue was resolved. But The same problem occurred again after a month—the UPS shut down unexpectedly. I returned it to the service centre once more, and this time they claimed it was a battery issue and advised me to replace it. I paid for a new battery and continued using the UPS.Unfortunately, just a month later, the same issue recurred. The UPS shut down suddenly, and the relay began fluctuating again. I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the after-sales service. I would not recommend the Artis UPS to anyone.

I bought this Artis 600VA LCD UPS mainly to protect my PlayStation, and it works perfectly! Power cuts are common in my area, but this UPS gives enough backup time to save my game and shut down safely. It’s reliable, compact, and does exactly what I needed. The LCD display is also super helpful to monitor battery and load. Highly recommend for gamers or anyone needing protection for their electronics!

This UPS is truly excellent. It's better than others, and I love its touchscreen, which can display voltage, battery percentage, and fault warnings.

Good Product at this Price range, Working good and also Provide good backup.

I was opted for this model as I thought of LCD display will show accurate reading related to Load and battery Level.It was failed in both sections. Values are merely indicators which are not reliable. I am disappointed specially with battery level indicator.1. With in minutes battery level showed as 75/100%, but if you test in battery mode -it lasts in few minutes (3-5 minutes).2. If you charge the unit for 8 hours – Battery lasts for 30 minutes with load of 18% (as per LCD). I am running 1 laptop+18” LCD Monitor + USB table light to test battery backup.Just paying extra 500 bugs for just LCD which is not reliable whereas specification is same as “Artis PS-600VA” is not worth.If load is more than 80%, not sure how much time battery mode supports.

I have tested this UPS with 10% load. This is with a home desktop PC with 22inch LCD monitor. Soon as mains was turned off, it displayed battery capacity as 75%. It worked very well for 1 hour giving backup and at the end battery capacity was still 50%. I consider this performance as very good for a UPS of this size and specification. I wish the power button is made large in size and some LED indication about ON condition is needed.I fail to comprehend why we have to import this type of UPS from China ....What happened to our Make in India programs ?
