First I must acknowledge that this is listed as a massage balm - I do just use it on the skin as and when needed for fibromyalgia pain. I use it in combo with the Weleda Arnica bath soak and it just makes me a lot more comfortable. A Weleda rep I spoke to said that this and the bath soak are very high in arnica and shouldn’t be used during pregnancy however. Makes sense as to why it’s so effective. Have also referred friends onto this and they say it’s made a big difference to them too. Just nice to massage onto your body before bed for a restful nights sleep!

Good rubbing balm for painfully joints

I'm sure the scent used to be stronger 15 or so years ago unless my sense of smell has declined. Still a lovely product which I like to put in my hair among all its other uses.

I have used this arnica oil for many years, wonderful for muscle aches and pains, applying after a hot bath is best. Also, great for swelling and bruising. A must have for the medicine cabinet! Smells wonderful too and the bottle is a nice size and decants oil well with no drips.

Really helps, great smell

Bought this for massage of a very painful plantar fasciitis. It wouldn’t cure it of course but massively helped the healing process.

Excellant product so soothing to my bruised legs from fall.
