Great stuff, Does exactly what it's meant to do and has helped me feel more energized and with much less aches. Having tried several brands, this one appears to be the best, most require you take two tablets per day this is only one. My system tolerates them better as well.

I haven't noticed any difference I'm still having painful restless legs at night which is preventing me from sleeping at nite..plus calf cramp through the day when walking a short distance..I'm going to give it a little longer just wish the capsules were thinner as it would be much easier to get down in one go without it stopping half way and needing a full pint and half of water to get it gone..I'm about to start my 3rd pack.. hopefully it starts doing something positive..

I’ve taken two boxes of these and my doctor did not recommend I continue. I’m on three different blood pressure medications plus a blood thinner so not really sure to continue .
