I'm a huge fan!
Pros:—simple!—effective for both small gnats in the kitchen and phorid flies in the bathroom!—doesn't require a ton of monitoring—doesn't require difficult cleaning or a lot of effort to reset—works much better for me than Katchy or yellow sticky cards that I've tried in the pastCons:—a little pricey—very bright, so it may disrupt your sleep if used in a bedroomFinal thoughts:Living in apartments that don't have great ventilation OR gaps sealed up well, we're kind of in the center of the Venn diagram for least ideal conditions for pests. We try hard to keep things as dry and clean as possible, but bugs seem to come out of nowhere. We currently have small problems with gnats in the kitchen and probably phorid flies in the bathroom. So as we are trying to discover the sources of these issues and attacking the root causes, it feels great to knock back the breeding population of these pests to buy more time before a crazy population explosion. My photo is of the trap placed in the kitchen overnight after noticing one or two gnats while I was cooking. Less than 12 hours later, I have a much better idea of the situation, and by looking at the empty trap several feet away in the living room, I can guess that it's a problem that's currently localized to my counter produce or at worst, refrigerator problems. This might not completely solve your problem because the underlying cause of your infestation may require further attention, BUT, this is a really valuable addition to our arsenal in the endless war against flying pests!

Does not work. Doesn't attract gnats or flies.
I have had this thing up about a month now, and it has caught absolutely nothing. I have it in the kitchen, where we often get wine gnats and small flies that get in the house as we walk in. I think it is safe to say that this super bright blue light does not attract wine gnats or small flies at all. The first pic shows that the sticky stuff has not caught anything. As I took these pics, i noticed 2 more gnats flying around in kitchen. Very irritating that now I will have to go back to setting out vinegar and soap in a dish on counter and try to catch them since this piece of junk made by raid will not attract anything.I also have a big complaint on the brightness of it. If you get up in middle of night, it's so bright, that it wakes you up immediately. So make sure it is not visible on your way to bathroom at 2am or you'll never get back to sleep after your eyes take in the massive amount of BLUE light.

Yes, The Traps Really Do Work
We have three of these light traps in our home to help deal with those tiny gnats that show up in the spring. I have included a picture of the trap in our bathroom…as one picture is worth a thousand words. Last year, every time I walked into the bathroom, I would find one of those gnats on the mirror. This year, they are trapped. We also have the traps in the living room and kitchen. There is no noise, the traps anre easy to use and do exactly what they need to do. The blue light also makes for an effective night light. When the sticky surface gets too full, I will just switch it out for a new one. They make a big difference.

Attracts fruit flys, but not sticky enough to keep them trapped
I purchased these Raid light traps because I had a few fruit flys annoying me in my apartment. Of course I read the amazing reviews and based on this being a brand name I thought I would give them a try. I was really happy to start because this trap caught every fruit fly in my apartment, it was 100% effective, plus I really love the soft blue light. Next day I noticed some of the fruit flys had escaped the glueboard, I thought, really? These glueboards cost over $3 EACH and they can't hold a fruit fly trapped for more than 24 hours, so that's the issue I'm having, I will have to find a better glueboard

These work great
These raid plug ins work great. This is the second one I have bought so I can have one for the RV. The first one here at the house collects alot as we constantly open and close the door for the dog to go in and out.I did try a cheap one but it stopped working after a week so I paid twice as much for the name brand that hasn't failed me yet.

It’s okay
I think I’m more to zevo so I may be bias. This product has two sides that are sticky which a positive it’s just that seeing bugs on both sides is very gross.

THE BEST PURCHASE!!
I was skeptical about this, but the amount of bugs it catches is crazy. I would have never known that many were flying around my apartment. I usually change it when it seems to stop catching bugs. It is SUPER sticky. I dropped it by accident and it was hard to get up. Easy to replace.
