I recommend it, it is very useful and good quality
The quality and price are very good. They are very easy to assemble. They are very stable. You can put a lot of weight on them. They are very resistant. They are perfect if you want to do chest and leg exercises. You can adjust them to any height you want.

Decent rack, but wouldn’t buy again
Have been using this adjustable rack after switching to a home gym about 6 months ago.The rack is generally well made and works well, however I have adjusted my routine as it doesn’t work as well as I had hoped. For squats I would need to have the bars fully extended and the bars start to become unstable when you approach 100kg and reracking at this weight feels dangerous as it is very easy to overshoot the top and the rack can start to tip if you are too fast. For squats, I now just use the rack for endurance training at a lower weight and do hack squats for heavier weights. The other issue regarding squats is the feet are too wide and get in the way. When using for bench press, if you have longer arms the lowest height for the top is ok, but if you have shorter arms then the top doesn’t lower enough and I wouldn’t trust the spotter arms for loading the weights. One other minor issue is the bars are fastened in place using clips that go from the side, but actual racks in gyms and other suppliers go from front to back. This means you can’t get other accessories (such as alternative spotter arms), which are also a bit more secure when used.As others have suggested, I built it with the bolts going up through the legs rather than down.If you are building it, I would suggest getting two wrenches for fasting the bolts together, I only had one that fit at the time and it was awkward.I am generally pleased with the rack, especially for the price, however the seller has another rack for not much more money with Y shaped feet which are less likely to get in the way and has a bar for weighing it down (stop tipping with squats). The bars are also secured using the standers front to back, rather than sideways holes. Wish I’d gone for that option instead.

Watch your screws on the floor, otherwise a fantastic piece to your gym
The quality of the product is great, item is sturdy, easy to assemble if you have 2 17 spanners hanging around (would be difficult if you don't have your own tools), I found the screws supplies based on the instructions go further than the base of the unit so the "Rubber feet to protect your floor" won't do anything if 4 screws stick beyond them, I undid the screws and did them the other way around to avoid that issue. You can see how far out they stick on the bottom left of the imageAfter using a few days:Pros:- Easy enough to carry around (~9kg per side total ~18kg)- Good instructions to put together (minus the screws mentioned above)- Feels well built, I feel I can trust it with the weights on- Pins and screws for height adjustment fit well- Central stands and top stand are perfect heights for a 5ft8 guy with an average gym bench in between- I believe it is value for money, happy with my purchaseCons:- 4 Screws on the bottom according to the instructions would damage the floor unless done the other way around (which you could end up stepping on the sharp ends instead)- No tools supplied to build it, I used 2x17 spanners for this, it was easy to assemble if you have the tools- Some of the parts supplied have some nicks in them, such as the supporting plate on one stand has some grooves in it as if something was dropped on it in production, some washers had chipped off edges and one of the nuts was missing the plastic insert inside it to help it be stuck tight once on- Not very well packaged, thin plastic wrappings on each piece but they all slide around in the box so some minor scratches but not anything I care about

Solid stable and well made
For the price, this is a really impressive piece of kit. It is really stable and solid, and very pleasingly finished with no sign of poor machining or misalignment. It fits together in a very straightforward way. It feels very strong and up to the job of supporting heavy loads in a stable manner. I'm very pleased with it.

Very good for the price
Very good for the price. Does what i want it to on a adjustable bench. Strong metal well worth the price I'd give it 5 stars if it wasn't for assembling..... Make sure you have two 17 spanners and alot of patience, srong adjustable ones if you can. Fairly straightforward and instructions are very clear just the bolts were a pain with only one adjustable and a 17 that i had from some other product. You will not get any sent with this product

Needs more stability
These are good, take a lot of weight and are adjustable. They go together easy and are a great price but I would deffo recommend some sandbags or heavy dumbells to keep it steady for when you rack or unrack.
